    I first came to know Miller Plumbing/Heating/Cooling/Electric several years ago when ***** came out to service my AC unit. He was so knowledgeable and kind, I trusted him immediately. Last August when the unit died. I called to have it replaced, and ended up getting a new furnace/heat pump and tankless water heater as well. ****************** and **** were amazing, keeping informed of every step/making sure I understood all they were doing, and took extra care to make sure the utility closet was spotless. They actually improved the landscaping around the new AC unit!As I am now doing some renovations, I needed a new electric panel. I reached out to Miller, and had a new panel and sub panel installed - ************************* did this for Miller, and was just as professional and meticulous. I thank ***** for instilling so much trust that I continue going back to Miller, and am confident that, should anything need adjusting, the Miller team will address/resolve it. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

    We recently had an issue with our Liberty Pump that is in our home. We called **** ****** and he knew exactly what our issue was and how to fix it! Him and his team were extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Needless to say, they exceeded our expectations is all areas! They made this very stressful situation better for us and our family. We would HIGHLY recommend Miller plumbing heating and cooling to anyone in the Pittsburgh area!

    The installers, ***** and ****, did a first rate, professional job. They were on time, thorough, and explained the operation of the new system. The price which was initially quoted was the exact price I paid. They went over and above my expectations. If I ever need additional services for my tankless water heater or furnace, I will not hesitate to call them. When the installation was complete, they cleaned up with no trace of dirt or debris. I would not hesitate to call Miller plumbing and heating again. Thank you ***** and ****, my wife and I are very pleased.

    This customer after living in his home a few years realized the heating and cooling was not correct. We evaluated his home and to his credit he did not take the band aid approach he updated his HVAC systems correctly realizing that two wrongs don't make it right.Great customer to work for and smart because he did not waste time and money patching a defective system.
