I purchased a camera from this store in 2021 for $500. This was a high price but I willingly paid it because they guaranteed that the camera had been checked, serviced and repaired. As a matter of fact they guaranteed that all the cameras they sell are in working order when they are sold. I brought the camera home and a bout a month or so later after I had used it for the first time and had the film developed, the camera was broken. The camera's shutter wasn't opening. I took it back. He said since it was within the warranty that they would take it back and repair if for free. I told them this was no problem and a few days after I dropped it off I went back to pick it up. Another month or so of use and the exact same problem occurred. I took it back, making sure to be more clear about what the problem was this time and he told me, once again, he would fix it. It came back broken once again. I have been dealing with this problem for a year now the last two times I have taken the camera in I told him I want my money back and he can keep the camera and all the other stuff I have for it. He refuses to give me my money back or even exchange the camera for another one of equal or lesser value. This camera has cost me well over $200 in film and development only to find that the camera still isn't working each time. Not to mention the amount I have paid to park downtown where they are located. I have done my best to be courteous and understanding through this process, but he has never even once apologized. This is completely and totally unacceptable.
