      We used Full Service Network from Approximately Dec 2018 to Dec 2020. During that time, we had many issues come up with the service, they could not provide things that were promised. We gave them 2 years to correct these things, and ended up having to leave, because it was hurting our business. We ended up going to another phone service provider, and they are able to do exactly what we, or any business should expect from a phone provider (Such as placing callers on hold and in line for the next available employee instead of going straight to voicemail, etc, nothing too special) It was not a problem that Full Service Network was not able to perform these, it was a problem that they said we had a 5 year contract, and wanted a ridiculous amount of money to stop service. But the only reason that we stopped the service, is that they could not do what they said they could do in the beginning. I had been trying to resolve towards the end, and they just stopped responding, so we cancelled. We returned all of their equipment as agreed. Then we received a bill for a ton of money, Forward to now, they have a collection agency trying to collect $22,000.00 from us for the remainder of a 5 year contract. Which this contract was not even signed by the owner here, and Full Service Network could not provide the services as agreed. Thats the only reason we cancelled. As a note in case not clear, all bills were paid as they should have been up to the point where we cancelled. This $22,000.00 is an amount for future business that they say we owe for cancelling, this is not for services performed.

      I do not recommend this company at all. We used their business services for some time. They could not do what we needed them to do, they tried to come up with some work arounds that kind of sort of did a little bit, but could not even handle basic functions that any business would need.If you have a small office, the business services that they offered to us might be OK, but if you are more than a few people, it just would not work. At least not for us.We gave them a couple of years.The reason for the review is that they had us sign a 5 year contract when we started.Now, a couple of years after cancelling their service and returning their equipment as they told us to, they say they owe us the remainder of the contract for $22,000.00 and sent it to a collection company. Yes thats right, $22,000.00 ADDITIONAL. Every bill which was approx. $450 / month while was used the service was paid in full.We used them from December 2018 until December 2020, so around 2 years, paid them around $450 per month during that time. And then after we gave them that long to get things figured out and working, we had enough, and cancelled. They tried the whole contract thing then. Everything was paid that was used up until that date. This $22,000 is for 3 more years of the term, WHICH IS MORE THAN THE $450 per month billing would have been for an additional 36 months.We now use 8x8 for our phone service, and it does everything we need, plus more. We would have never left full service network if it worked like it should have.We used them, thinking that a local company here in ********** would be a good option, we are out in the ******** Township area, so thought that would work well. But their business practices are absolutely terrible. After all of the problems we had, now they want $22,000 sent to a collection firm. Instead of earning business and improving their services, they try to force long contracts and collect money that way. What a pathetic way to do business.
