  It is next to impossible to get an invoice unless you are set up with a printer. The technician is not able to do this. Service contracts have been substantially cut. Get a second opinion before you authorize any work.

  REMOVEDdid a tremendous job fixing my sewer problem. He explained everything he was doing and why. When he had to get into stronger equipment, he explained why and how it would work. And he was trying to do the best job with the least amount of pain in my pocket! GREAT JOB!!!!

  We have had Restano do some extensive work on our very old sewer lines When we had trouble after the initial repair, not only did they show up they did not charge us remedied the problem and have continued to service us in that way REMOVEDhas been an interval part of our work. His level of service and professionalism is amazing.If you could get this kind of service from every place, you did business with it would make dealing with homeowning so much nicer I cannot thank them enough and again the team that continues to show up at our house led by. REMOVEDhas continued to be amazing.I highly recommend

  Since a new management company took over Restano, it has become nothing but a fraud. My husband and I have dealt with REMOVEDRestano since 1987 and were considered one of their true and loyal customers. We have recommended REMOVEDfor years to friends, family and various businesses. Not anymore.This is the latest scheme. We have had a service contract for our 3 unit apartment building since 1987. That covers 3 furnaces and all plumbing. Never had any issues. This year I needed to renew the contract and they sent me an invoice for one furnace. I called and said I needed an invoice for 3 furnaces. I then sent the initial invoice back to them saying I need a corrected invoice for 3 furnaces 3 times. I need the invoice for my records. I told them I will send payment via our apartment checking account. The next thing I know, there is an unauthorized charge on my credit card for the initial invoice. I never approved the invoice or charging my credit card which is in their files. I have called 3 times concerning the charge, being told a manager will call me back. I have yet to be contacted. This morning I contacted my credit card company and filed their charge as fraudulent. That made more headaches for me since now my credit card is closed and I have to wait 4-7 business days for a new credit card.Another example of their fraudulent practice is when they replaced/installed Chrome Pop-up Assembly and I was charged $339.77 for parts and labor. That price included my 15% discount. Talk about highway robbery!!I cant see how the new management company is keeping the loyal customer base happy. I know I am not!

  REMOVED! I was quoted $180 over the phone to snake our laundry room drain. So that evening an employee came and REMOVEDaround to snake the drain, put an iPad in my husband's face and told him to sign. No receipt but I figured I would get an email as I have always done in the past. No receipt after 3 days. I decided to check our credit card activity, and we were charged $648.44. I then called Restano and was told office staff had left for the day, but that he would take my info. He was very polite and said WOW but that he would have someone call me. Three days later, still no call. I call and a young rude woman with screaming kids in the background told me that's what they charge. Told her I wanted to speak to the manager, and she said she would have him call. Five days later still no call back. Their service has really gone downhill, and I don't believe they are honest in their pricing. WILL NEVER CALL RESTANO AGAIN AND I ADVISE ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE THAT IS HONEST AND UPFRONT.

  My upstairs bathtub was leaking into my living room, slowly but threatening to get worse. Will from Restano arrived on time, and after much detective work, discovered the source, a small but ancient part of the system. This was confirmed, and a fix was well outlined. The repair is scheduled soon! Great work!

  Restano Plumbing is the best.Our furnace went down in the coldest days of the winter. REMOVEDRestano came over and had a new furnace for us within a day or two. The workers did an amazing job installing it. It works well.We never had our home heat so well!

  REMOVEDwas very professional, communicative and knowledgeable about the task and products used to perform the task at hand; explaining and keeping informed as he completed one task before moving onto the other. Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with REMOVED. I highly recommend.
