      Arendosh installed a new furnace in my home in January 2022. The first day they did not have everything needed so it was another day without heat in my house in the middle of winter. The second day a different guy showed up got the furnace running but said that the thermostat I had would not work right. It was the original one installed with the central ac that has a heat pump and it worked fine with original furnace. So day 3 they send a kid out that installed a new thermostat. Heat finally. Then we notice after about a week that we are burning oil like water and find out that the heat pump is not being used on the system. Summer hits and no ac. Now we go to turn on the furnace cause its cold and we have kids and furnace wont work. Called them to come fix it on the 3rd and they said we had to wait until at least the 12th because we are over an hour away. I am 45 minutes east of Pittsburgh. This place is a joke and really dont care about helping people once they get their money. Be warned and find another service if you need plumbing and heating done.
