      We had a $14,000-$15,000 deck built in 2010 by DeckMasters and last year the deck started to sink over the hill. Now the deck is not level, unsafe, and unusable. Even though *** explained to us that the deck is under warranty for ********************************************** word. *** claims its a material issue, but we had a reputable deck company out for their opinion, and they found a section of the deck that is not supported properly and is a craftsmanship issue. *** refuses to answer our daily and weekly calls for over a year now, or rectify the situation. We are left high and dry. *** has moved on and only cares about new customers and collecting their money. Consumer Beware!!!!!
