            I rented CPR equipment on July 8th and didn't received it until July 14th. Took my class on July 16th and returned it to the post office on July 16th at 11:45am. Confirmation stated that they received the package on July 19th. They charged me an extra $16 for it not being back the 10 days even though it was their fault for not sending it out in time. ONE MONTH LATER, I find a $175 charge on my credit card stating that they never received the package.

            The *** should not even advertise this company!! It's such a shame. I found them online via ***.org, I'm a Healthcare professional and remote learning seemed a good idea at the time. I paid for the class($95) and waited for the mannequin to be sent. Meanwhile I received an invoice for payment and followed the instructions to pay *** and additional $31 for Heartcode class as apart of the *** certification. 2 weeks later(my deadline for cpr is approaching) I reach out to the company regarding the mannequin, the zoom class and my deadline. No response to messages via phone, email or texting 2 of the instructors. I definitely think this company is a SCAM! I had to take an in person class which cost $55. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. I wish I had done In-person to begin with and the *** should NOT list this company on their site. They're unresponsive, ill-equipped and unprofessional. Do Not ******************* They will take your money and give you nothing in return except an invoice
