No regard to existing customers by classless employees This review is based on the complete disregard of customers thanks to the main switchboard of HOWMET **********************************************************************************, ************, which owns Alcoa. Since HOWMET likes to play hide and seek behind phones that do not get answered, I initially attempted to confirm information from Alcoa regarding the fleet of equipment that I own and operate to determine certain factors. These factors are not items typically found at the distributorship levels, nor is it on their website, therefore when investing five digits into a product line from a manufacturer and your business operations are directly related to the product, you need to be certain of the information you are given to establish replacement costs, product life cycle, and most importantly return on investment. I made about three dozen phone calls to multiple phone numbers and finally had a human pick up the phone ************, who directed me to contact **************, which is a voicemail that I had previously left messages for a return phone call. There was never a return phone call, there was never a response, yet the female receptionist did not listen to me when I said the phone number of ************** IS NOT WORKING. No, what she does is take the headset off, throw it on the desk, and resumes her conversation, not realizing that I am still on the telephone listening to her conversation. It is a classless move from a company that I have spent over ten thousand dollars worth of their products for my fleet over the past few years. Therefore, Alcoa, Arconic, HOWMET, or whatever you call yourself or identify yourself with these days if you do not have time for me. I doubt I will have time for you when I evaluate other wheel manufacturers who actually answer the phone call and return phone calls. Actions speak louder than words, with your disregard of existing clients, and potential clients are classless.
