  Back in 2020 I hired him to junk some things and pick up my new furniture from the store and assemble some of the items he also said he had a ccleaning company with his daughter ****** so I asked him if he can have them deep clean before they move all the new furniture in he agreed he asked if he could stop pass tomorrow to look around and give me a quote and I agreed he comes over the next day looks around and he said everything is going to be 800$ so we agreed he stated the he would be back tomorrow with his workers and a truck so he showed up the next day with him and 1 of his workers and a pick up truck that should have been red flag #1 so hes being all demanding and pushy saying that before he starts the work he needs the money upfront so I agreed nd because I was desperate and I needed the help I gave him the money soon as I gave it to him he picks up the phone and says that he has to pick up his sister from her doctors appt and get another worker so he leaves and his worker stayed behind so his worker started removing everything he could by his self to the dumpster were sitting there waiting and calling he wasnt responding so he texts me like Im outside he comes looks around he says its late and he will comeback tomorrow with a truck and another worker he never came back took my money and every time I would call him he would say hes coming tomorrow and he getting the guys, hisfather is sick ect that should have a red flag when he came back to get his worker and he didnt have a truck or no worker but I didnt think nothing of it and I honestly thought he was the 1 that would be the doing it until I met him in person and he could barley walk every time I called him he sounded like he was on drugs and I believe he is I couldnt even take him to court but his KARMA definitely will come do not book with him he is bad for business he will take your money and run look him up on PA dockets he scammed lots of ppl I think thats how he funds his drug habits

  ****** is extremely unprofessional and is nothing but a hustler. I hired him to fix my front wall as well as the front part of the roof. Initially he told me that it would take only two weeks to finish the contract and it would cost $14,500 in total. It took nearly 4 months. I paid him nearly $5,000 on top of the original price, and he was still not done. We were nearly at the end of the project, he said he would be done on a certain day, and I was set to make a final payment to him. Mysteriously 2 days before our agreed completion date, he found a new issue on the roof which he had been working on for months. He required me to pay between $1200 and $1500 additional for a special concrete that he had not accounted for and that was not my responsibility in order to finish the project. Now I was up to me paying nearly 50% of the original budget extra. After telling him I would pay for that last extra fee plus the final payment only when the job was done (not upfront) he threw his hands up and said he was not finishing the project. In addition to the fact that he is unorganized and incompetent, he is extremely rude and unprofessional. One of my neighbors got upset with me because a brawl had broken out in front of my house between his contractors that required the police to come and break it up. This has resulted in my house being reported and needing to fix issues with the building permits (which he did not acquire and said we did not need.) Also, my neighbors in general were upset with me. He also stiffed the scaffolding company he used to work on my wall. He also cursed at me, a memorable moment was when he told me you f***** up your project is at a standstill as of now, after hiring someone else to do my windows. Even after I had paid him almost $20,000 at that point for my project. In summary, do not do business with ***. Side note, when I fired him, he called me 5 minutes after and very creepily just breathed into the phone. Do not use him!
