    Worked with ********************* to have a roof replaced at a rental property I own at *************************************************************Job was completed and initially looked satisfactory. As I do not live there but am renovating it, the first time I was there when it was raining (several months after completion) I noticed that there is a leak running down the chimney and into a bedroom. I contacted ********************* and he assured me on several occasions that it would be corrected. As of November 21, 2023, despite numerous texts and voicemails, he now has ceased communication with me. All I am seeking it to have the defect in his work corrected. ************************* phone number is: ************

    Near the end of 2020 ,We had Mutual Builders Corp. replace our roof and a section of siding to our home. End of Feb. begining of March, the new siding started falling off. Just a few pieces. At that time we called Kevin ***** ********. He said he would send one of his guys to fix it. So now it's 2-3 months later,almost all the siding he put up has fell off. We have called Kevin every week and each time he tells us "promise, next week" He's text us he got the ladders ready. It's clear to us he has no intention of fixing this problem. If he would have come when we first called this would be a 2 hour fix. Now it's a days work. Not to mention he was going to order a few pieces of siding cause he told us to save all the siding that fell because some got run over on the street. So we have all the siding laying on our front porch, so now we can't use that either.
