I would give this company a zero stars if I could. Owner was recommended by **************** to my 85 and 87 year old parents who were replacing a water damaged bathroom floor and dry ******* a water damaged section of their living room. My dad paid 40%, as per agreement, and the owner shows up (always after 3) and completes the prep and about a fifth of the tiling. He then tells my father that he wants the second payment in full, which is the largest portion, because his daughter is sick or some such drama. My dad, who is hard of hearing and is less clear in the evening, pays the guy. The owner never comes back. Weeks go by. I come to visit and see the situation and start contacting the owner by text. BTW-my dad has been calling multiple times a day and the owner says hes coming to finish and never shows up. Or his mailbox is full. I finally get a response by text with this long sob story about the guys personal woes. He says hes going to come finish. After a couple of no shows I finally let him know I know how hes taken money from old people and not done the work. He comes and finishes the floor but not the edging. He takes the bullnose tiles with him to cut of site. He finally shows up one evening, after 5, when I was not at my parents home. Puts in the last tiles crooked and instead of grouting caulks everything. And the caulking looks like a toddler did it. I had to dig it all out and redo it. And the caulk was $35 a tube! We cancelled the drywall part of the job with this company. The whole miserable ordeal was 7.5 weeks long. And my dad overpaid him by $175.00 When we cancelled the drywall job, owner wanted my dad to sign that my dad had breached the contract.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
