    I keep getting calls from Credit Management of Pittsburgh, PA. 15220 saying I owe $939.00 for a Physician Bill. They have also put a collection on my Credit.. THEY CAN NOT.. PROVIDE ME W/ any information on What physician/Hospital or what services was done. Until I'm provided w/ this info I feel as thou I shouldn't have to pay cause Im not aware of this balance.

    I recently received my credit report and found these accounts that I never opened, a number of addresses that I never resided and inquiries I never made. I may be a victim of identity fraud. I have contacted these creditors to make them aware of this but they are requesting a fraud packet to be filled out and a police report. I also found these accounts that I believe not mine:

    I believe this is a false collection reported to my credit account. The bill was settled with the help of my ******** ***** * ***** *************** I wasn't informed by Monroe Emergency Physicians about the bill prior being sent to collection which is a violation to my identity. I have a proof of this collection being already settled and I want a correction to be made in my credit report immediately by deleting the collection.

    This company added a false bill to my credit. When I called to discuss the supposed bill, they had no information from the original debtor, nor did they even have any of my information! They shouldn't be allowed to play with people's credit this way! I need this removed from my credit immediately! Like yesterday! I have worked so hard on my credit and this brought it down significantly!

    In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. This account has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681.
    15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.
    15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions
    In accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Debt collectors are not allowed to communicate with me under the 15 USC 1692C

    I am not liable for this debt with T.M. CARR MD PC and do not have a contract with Credit Management Company. They did not provide me with the original application like I asked.

    I'm urgently reaching out to address the inaccuracies on my credit report caused by the sharing of my personal information with credit bureaus, resulting in significant financial and emotional distress.

    According to 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I assert my right to financial privacy and expect my information to be handled confidentially.

    Moreover, under 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2), a consumer reporting agency cannot disclose account details without my explicit consent, which I haven't provided.

    The discrepancies linked to CRDMGMCOMP have negatively impacted my financial situation, requiring immediate correction.

    Additionally, I stress compliance with 15 USC 1666(b), prohibiting creditors from treating credit card payments as late under specific circumstances.
