    I ordered a Call Me If You Get Lost Mirror on 11/28/2024. I contacted the brand via Instagram on 01/03/2025 and was told that my item would be shipped out the following Monday at the latest. I contacted the brand again via Instagram on 02/07/2025, with no response. I contacted the brand via email on 02/10/2025 and received a response on 02/12/2025 that my item was packed and currently preparing for shipment. I emailed the brand again 07/13/2025 and issued a final request, for which I was told my item was being prioritized for immediate shipment. It is scheduled for pickup this week. It is now August and I still have yet to receive my item. I am seeking immediate action for my mirror to be delivered.

    Ordered the kanye bear back in January got delayed for like 6 months, told them I couldnt wait any longer back in June they responded I would get my refund the same day, were now in the end of July and they stop responding and theyre blocking my messages on instagram, idk if theyre scamming people or not but really bad experience overall, they make it sound like costumer service is professional but after they tell you theyll fix it the same day, they stop responding, and now I see all of these people having the same problem so might be a scam for sure

    I placed an order (Order H21778) for a "Yeezus" table from Hiphop Heaven on January 14th, 2025. The shop, run by someone named ******, promised a 26 week delivery window. After hearing nothing for a month, I followed up on February 14th, and he responded that all international orders (I live in ******) would be shipped out the following Monday, with tracking to follow.That was the last real update I received.Weeks passed with no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no further communication. In July, I contacted him again and kindly requested a refund, explaining that I couldnt wait any longer and had purchased another table in the meantime. ****** responded very politely, apologized, and said he would issue a refund to my original payment method.That refund never came.Ive followed up since, but have been met with complete silence. No table, no refund, and no further replies. Its now clear that Ive been ********** anyone considering ordering from Hiphop Heaven: please be extremely cautious. While the website and communication might seem professional at first, my experience has been one of broken promises and lost money.I sincerely hope they take responsibility and make this rightbut until then, I strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order.

    I ordered a Graduation Bear beanbag from them August of 2024. In Jan **** contacted customer support and they apologized and said they will quickly ship out a replacement. They never did. A couple months later I talked to support again, and they asked me my order # then never responded. I talked to them on their Instagram and they asked me what's the name on the order so they can get it shipped out in the morning. They never even read the message after I told them my name. Ignored me completely. I comment led on their Instagram asking when are they shipping out the beanbag. They deleted my comments and still ignored my dm. I talked to support again, a couple of weeks ago. They asked for my order #, then never responded to me after that. I just want my beanbag, and **** come close to posting a video talking about this whole situation. But waited hoping they would actually come through and send my $200 beanbag. I just want my beanbag.

    I've been told this several times, but not once have I received a tracking number or anything notifying me it was actually shipped. I would like to be sent the beanbag. But how can I be assured that it will actually be sent? Will I be provided a tracking number? Will I be notified by via email that it was sent out? If It was shipped out like you say, why was there no tracking number, and what date did you send it out? I just want to actually get the product I paid $200 for.

    Purchased on January 25th, ****** Graduation Bear Vinyl Figure 1 Bear Pillow Total amount was $262.48 Tracking information was created on 05/07/2025 Pre-Shipment, **** Awaiting Item.Did not receive these items. I followed up on instagram for a update on 05/26/2025 and received a response, "Gotcha, yeah will make sure to get this resolved for you tomorrow:)" I followed up again on 05/30/2025 and received no response. On 06/02/2025 I tried contacting both on instagram and ******************************* seeking for a refund and there were no response. At this point, I believe this company to be fraudulant as other complaints have also been made on BBB.

    Completely understand your frustration, and I want to sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and the long delay.

    There was unfortunately some miscommunication on our end regarding the status of the bears from our manufacturers. Multiple production delays, combined with unexpected tariffs, forced us to put several projects on hold.

    That said, I can now 100% confirm that the Graduation Bears have been received and are currently in the final stages of shipment.

    To make up for the delay, were including a free gift in every order as a token of appreciation for your patience and support.

    Nonetheless, I absolutely understand if youd prefer a refund at this point. Please reach out to our team ******************************* and let us know which option works best for you well get it resolved today.

    Hip Hop Heaven offered to refund this order if I reached out via email, which was ******************************** I emailed requesting for a refund on 06/16/2025 and a response was received that night mentioning that if i can provide an order number, they will get it resolved that day. I proceeded to reply with my order number immediately and since then have not received any follow up. I've checked ******* and my credit card for updates and nothing had changed. It has since been 2 days and very similar to the last communication, the business was non responsive after receiving my order number information.

    Order was placed on December 14, 2024.Item was never delivered. I tried to contact them via email. It took several emails before they replied. They said they would look into. They never got back to me, I had to email them a few times again. They said they would send another pillow. I never recieved the pillow. I eventually asked for my money back and they said they would refund. The money was never refunded to me, so I emailed them again and they only replied to me after the 2nd or 3rd email. They told me it was refunded, that maybe my bank was holding onto it for a few days before depositing it. They cancelled the order but never gave me my money back.

    A full refund was initiated June 4th 10am est. The refund was sent back to the original card used during the purchase of the product. It can take up to 10 days for ******* and the bank to process the refund.

    I ordered a book from Hip Hop Heaven and it never arrived. I contacted the company multiple times inquiring about the book and no one ever responded. They are a scam company and if you ****** their reviews, you will find that I am not the only person who has been scammed. I am trying to save other people from being scammed by them too.

    - The first of September 2024 - Paid Hiphop Heaven Supply 260 USD - Purchased a 5ft Graduation Beanbag Cover that never got sent or delivered to the address, was no tracking provided at all. Ive tried over a dozen times to get a replacement sent, little to no contact from the business and after giving my order number they either lie or dont reply.Have been promised a ****** refund provided my details and even sent them a request on the app and they have pretty much stopped replying to me.Have left numerous reviews on websites and have learnt that hundreds of others never received there orders or refunds.
