      Prepare yourself for the job done service cleaning carpets, furniture, air duck cleaning and water restoration when floods happens. Speaking for myself with the furniture and carpets cleaning. Getting my grandparents air ducks done awesome group came out. When the the unfortunate thing happens with water coming in the house I could still refer Stanley Steemer for the neighbor that's elderly and get them the service needed. Excellent!

      Horrible in pricing, and when you call the office they are always rude and nasty and arrogant! I am a regular customer, and I never ever get a coupon for as much money as I have spent over the years with Stanley Steemer! I just called the office, and the person answering the phone would not give me the $20 coupon and I was over the minimum price that it applied to, and to pay just about $75 a room, for 2 rooms is just ridiculous, and would not apply the coupon at all. The carpet cleaning is horrible, and I just used another company that my coworker used that said they are great, and it was only $39 per room. Stanley Steemer needs to know that if you keep increasing your prices for non quality service, for customers who have been with you for years, and keep the arrogant, rude customer service people answering the phones, you will definitely loose your customers! I am glad that I found another quality company that was inexpensive. Your loss Stanley Steemer!

Im very sorry about the embarrassing interaction you had with the call center. Im also sorry for our lack of attention to your coupon. I would obviously like your last memory of Stanley Steemer to be a pleasant one - not the experience that you recently endured.       We hired this company to clean the ductwork of furnace and clothes dryer. The dust that was in the ductwork was blown back into the house because the vacuum was not attached to the ductwork properly, the compressed air pressure was too high over powering the small amount of vacuum created at the furnace access door. Vacuum at first was not connected to ductwork. The AC  vents were not sealed causing the high pressure air to blow dust through vents and into the house. There were no duct whips used only the air hose inserted about three feet into the duct. This hose banged on the inside of the ductwork sounding like it was denting the metal. When the workers saw the dust in the house they went back to the furnace and attached the vacuum where it was supposed to be attached (existing circular cutouts @ 12inches) but still didnt seal vents to prevent dust from blowing throughout the house. Next they went to the outside of the house to clean the dryer vent. They blew all the dust and lint back into the dryer with compressed air. An unbelievable total waste of effort. We complained and was told the $150 paid to clean the dryer vent would be refunded if the people could be brought back to the house and shown what they did wrong. This was a full price cleaning not OJT. This was approximately $800 dollars wasted. Do not use this company. I emailed headquarters with this complaint and did not receive a reply.
