      I ordered new kitchen cabinets back on August 12. They took approx 2 weeks to be delivered to my home. I installed myself and found issues with the cabinets that BKG. Isn’t willing to help with even though there is supposedly a 6 year warranty on them. They messed up a design for my refrigerator panels, one of the cabinets that was built had been messed up during production and there builders just filled the mess up with wood filler and touch up paint, I did not pay for a fix on a cabinet I paid for a new product. I also paid extra to have them assembled before they got delivered, my sink base cabinet didn’t come in factory cut for a farm house under mount sink, I was told that’s on me. I paid extra money for my pantry rollers and found out they didn’t send me all the parts to install the roller shelves and when asked about them I get hung up on. All I wanted from this company was answers and solutions to fix there issues they created and I have not had any luck. They won’t answer my calls, or my emails now. I have documentation on email from when the issues came up where I have had no luck. This business is a horrible company from what I’ve found out. I just want my missing parts and a credit back for the labor I had to do myself that in my opinion should of been there job since I paid for the cabinets to be build in there factory. I also never received from them an itemized list of what I paid for or any warranty on those cabinets.

      Customer came in to purchase cabinets and said he was himself, a contractor. He wanted to purchase our “Contractor Series” cabinets. They are called this because they are very inexpensive.  Design services, cabinet assembly, and delivery are NOT included with this cabinet line because of the low pricing. He brought in his own drawing which is what we gave the quote off of. He then left with both his drawing and quote to double check everything. He later came back purchase, AFTER he went to double check everything. He paid for cabinet assembly, delivery, and signed off on everything.. Cabinets were delivered. He then started calling asking why items were not modified for his space, for example, filler strips come in 3” wide, he was asking why we didn’t cut them for him. This is the installers job. We’ve never been to the house, he said he was the installer. Next was the farm sink base, he wanted us to modify that when we built it, only problem is there are hundreds of farm sinks / sizes that the installer has to determine when HE / SHE is installing the kitchen.  It was at this time he became very vulgar with one of the female designers. There was a concern with the rollout trays that the manufacturer sent without a set of “Blocking”. The manufacturer was contracted and contacted the customer personally, because we didn’t want our designer to have to.  
      we do millions of dollars in sales every year to everyone from DIY’ers to stay at home moms, to professional installers, and we do not have any other concerns. If he didn’t know how to do this line of work, he should have hired an actual contractor.

      A case of false advertising. On 7/19/2024 I attempted to get a quote for kitchen cabinets that met the requirements of the ad BKG Design was showing on ********* The ad was for 20 linear feet, any configuration, for their contractor series cabinets. They would not honor the ad price for a quote that met all the requirements and attempted to up-sale. They also claimed the ad did not include 3-drawer base cabinets, had to include fridge in layout, and was only applicable to specific cabinets, yet the ad does not state these exceptions and actually shows 3-drawer bases in the ad images and accompanying video. I cancelled the order and no money was exchanged. Attached images shows ad from ******** and image showing 3-drawer base and that 20 linear feet does not necessarily include fridge.

      Warped doors, terrible build quality with glue and lines showing in pictures. Had to assemble 3 slides and drawers with no instructions or response from company

      I have had a TERRIBLE experience with BKG - it has spanned over months of issues and disruption - example warehousing their cabinets in my living room and dining room for 6 weeks - literally no room to move and I was unable to have my floors renovated with another company as they could not access it due to the warehousing of cabinets. If I knew I was to do this, I would NEVER have signed with them. Note: I also had to accept delivery and quality check all of them. Then take pictures of the broken ones, with explaination and product numers and email the issues to BKG. I would not recommend this Company to anyone. My experience is similar to the others that wrote in to the BBB. I wish I had checked BBB prior to hiring them for my kitchen renovation. The issues are to numerous to mention in 2000 characters, so I am focusing on one issue that can be resolved. I am uploading documents showing/explaining the issue with my counter tops that were installed in the kitchen and on one vanity in the bathroom. Three issues in total - ISSUES #1. wrong installation of two waterfall edges, and then untruthful excuses as to why they are that way, #2. wrong color installed - similar, but not the one I color matched everything to, #3. scratched surface which had to be done when machining the cuts for my counters. Initally, I wanted BKG to pull the counters out of the kitchen and replace them with proper waterfalls, color and without a scratch and replace in kind. What I am looking for is a refund for the cost of the countertops of $2850.00 (would even settle at $2500 to get this over with). I would then take the refund and go to another Company to reinstall. If BKG will not refund, then I ask them to replace them. As we have such a frustrated relationship and I do not trust them replacing is not the best option. Refund is best.       I hired BKG to come and in remodel my kitchen. I offered to do the demolition to help save some money. What I was not expecting was to completely be responsible for the prep work. They still hung cabinets with no drywall. I expect them to be the professionals and tell me we needed to reschedule so they could complete the prep work and move forward. I ask for a quote, literally begging to hand them more money, but was completely ignored. I had to find a contractor that is now costing me $3,500 more out of pocket. The installers also spliced a wire that then caused the electrician, that I again had to find, to re-wire that half of the kitchen causing even more out of pocket cost, and then had to find a plumber to rebook up appliance and a sink. The owner has been avoiding my calls and emails. I just want the, to take accountability, and clearly based on the other complaints I have read he doesn’t want to do so.

      cabinets from them are fine. I ordered a quartz countertop of a certain color but some how the person ordered a different color even after my wife and I showed her the sample. A couple days later when I found the mistake in the paper work, I made a call to fix the situation. When i asked if it was the correct color she assured me it was, white with gray veining. I took her at her word. My mistake. The countertop that was installed was plain white. The owner of the company will not call me so I started emailing. His name is Dave, refuses to remedy the situation so after spending 10,000 dollars with them I am forced to eat 3,300 and have my countertop redone by a professional organization that cares about customer satisfaction and properly trains its employees.
