The company’s website, http://keystonelendgroup.com, says that they have been in business for 20 yrs, but website was just created on March 18, 2013.
As of 04/11/2013, Keystone Lending Group's advertisement on http://KeystoneLendGroup.com shows misuse of the BBB’s name. The company has stated that they are Accredited Members of the Better Business Bureau. This is a false statement. The name “Better Business Bureau” and the “BBB logo” are federally registered trademarks owned by the Council of Better Business Bureaus.
The marks are licensed for use only to BBB Accredited Businesses and may not be used in any manner without the express permission of the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Use of the name or logo without permission constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of the trademark rights of the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Keystone Lending Group is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau of Western Pennsylvania.
Advertisements that are untrue, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, falsely disparaging of competitors or insincere offers to sell, shall not be used.
