    Hired Business to do a $4900 Built In-Desk Job. The work was not professional.Their paint job ruined the product and they refuse to fix it. Requested Money back to replace the cabinets and pay a painter. Owner said "nothing will make us happy" and not offering to give money back.

    I am beyond sorry that we as a company were unable to meet your expectations.  During the project, our employees on site were harassed verbally in a way that was not comfortable for them to come back to your home.  As a company with over 190 5 star ****** reviews we take the work we do very seriously and the quality of our work very seriously.  I am confident that if our team was not getting the verbal abuse at your home that we would have been able to finish the project to your satisfaction but we unfortunately had to pull our team out of your home.  I truly do wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors with contractors working in your home and hope that this was a one off situation and the same thing does not happen again to someone else working in your home.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have proof of a botched job while the owner of the business has nothing but false claims and no proof of verbal abuse as to why his company could not complete the job properly after 2 failed attempts

    The purpose of the BBB is to ****** trust between businesses and consumers by promoting ethical business practices and providing resources for customers to be able to make decisions and it is an injustice to allow businesses this A to Z family business to cover up their actions with lies regarding their customers to cover up their poor ********************** decisions.  

    I uphold my statements against this business.
