    Placed an order for three sets of three for 11 dollars air fresheners for my car when I got my order I only got one set of three not three sets of three I've made multiple attempts to contact the company they ask for the order number and then they tell me to submit the return online but it won't let me submit the return on tiktok shop due to an error where it doesn't let me continue the return and they won't reply to any more messages and I'm not able to submit the return online

    The product I received from my last order placed with this business (a car freshener) was defective and permanently damaged interior parts of my car that will need to be repaired. I was using the product as it is supposed to be used, and it leaked out onto parts of my car and chemically corroded it (all in a matter of a few hours- not over a period of time). I contacted the business months ago to alert them of the issue and seeking a resolution for the damage. After various emails back and forth, including my documented order numbers and photos of the damage, they stopped communication completely. I reached out again to check on the status of the complaint and again, no response. The owner, however, had been active on her social medias throughout this whole time. Also, the owner is not only still promoting this specific product, but also selling the ones that she claims to have imperfections from the warehouse for a reduced price ( I did not buy an one of these reduced price imperfect ones). It seems this issue has not been taken into consideration to not have this happen to another customer, or to better the product at all.

    Hi, 

    I am the owner of CANDE Craft Company, that this complaint was about, and we did not receive any correspondence about this claim until today. It seems that the mailing address on file with the BBB is incorrect. I would love the opportunity to respond to this complaint as well as the opportunity to update our address moving forward.
