I purchased a used 2016 **** A6 on December 16th, 2024 and while signing the contract for the financing agreement the manager **** deliberately changed the price of the vehicle $1,000 higher than the original asking price. He also signed a we owe agreement to get me a spare key made for my car in which he has been avoiding me about, Ive stopped by the lot in person and the manager gave me the runaround once again. The next thing I noticed was a gigantic hole on the floor inside of the car that wasnt disclosed to me at all prior to selling me the vehicle. The hole is on the drivers side floor and it was covered up by the floor mats. This is unacceptable and shady business practices, **** shook my hand, looked me straight in my eyes and scammed me, hes a liar, a thief and a fraud, he had no intentions whatsoever of making a good deal or living up to his word. Terrible customer service and shady business dealings, I wouldnt recommend this business to my worst enemy

The warranty that I was sold also has the original sale price of the vehicle that the dealer filled in, I did not give this information to the warranty company.

I purchased a vehicle at PaAutoSales ************ last July 2024. Initially, I paid $1199 for the ************* to be included. However, I decided to cancel the ************* and will be getting it from my personal *************** So on August 25, 2024, I requested to ***** to cancel and refund me the amount. The ***** ***resentative said that they never received the application from the dealership and my policy was never in their system. So I was advised to talk to the dealership to ask what was going on. On September 6, 2024, Mr. **** from the dealership sent an email to me that they processed everything and sent a check to **************************. He also mentioned that changes to my monthly payment will be reflected on my next statement. It's been more than 90 days and no changes to my statement were made. I also spoke to a **************** *** recently and was told no transactions and checks were received from the dealership. Please help me with this issue as the dealership is now ignoring my messages and is unreachable.

      Good afternoon,

Please be advised, that we are more than happy to address and resolve the issue for ***** *******. This customer purchased a vehicle from us in July 2024. According to our records, we do not have any unresolved issues on file for this customer. Mrs. ******* stopped by at our dealership 3 weeks ago and filed a police report, that we sold defective unit with the frame damage. We have all the records where/how and when we purchased the vehicle without any indication of the accident/frame/structural damage or air bags deployed. We have an option to help the customer to trade the unit or we can call the lender to repossess the unit. Unfortunately, it will negatively affect customer credit and our portfolio with the lender also. Please let us know how would you like to proceed. The vehicle is currently parked outside of the dealership lot on the street and the customer removed the plates.

If you have any additional questions, please call me directly at **********************.

On May 1st 2024, I purchased a vehicle from PAAutoSales.com. Total price including tax and other fees is $30166.36. Nukri M. coordinated the sales while the store manager **** *. signed the contract. PAAutosales.com promised a three month power-train warranty starting from the date of the sale, which is May 1st 2024.The check engine light came on two weeks after, I drove it to a verified partner shop of the warranty provider for diagnostic and repairing. The mechanic called the warranty provider where the warranty provider indicated that the warranty that was promised by PAAutosales was canceled by **********, and never being paid. I had to pay the mechanic $400 out-of-pocket for the fix.I called ****. He promised to purchase a new one for the car, but I had to wait for a period of time for it to go into effect.A few weeks later the check engine light came on again, with noticeable engine knocking noises and performance degradation. I took it to a dealership service center this time for a diagnostic on July 7th, 2024.After running the test, the mechanic asked the car not to be driven due to a mechanical failure of the camshaft intake and relevant components. They stated that the car could not longer be operated safely. The whole repair cost a total of $6000. And since the warranty offered is actually an engine-only warranty, it covered less than 50% of it. The out-of-pocket cost came out to be $3021.93. The mechanic emphasized that the cost should be reimbursed by the seller, as this type of mechanic breakdown should not happen within two months of the purchase. They falsely advertised their warranty that came with the purchase. It is an engine-only warranty while they advertise it as a powertrain warranty.I am asking PAAutosales.com to reimburse my out-of-pocket cost of $3021.93 - the cost to bring the car to a state that is safely operational. Ive sent my formal request to ******************************** with an itemized invoice but never received any responses.

We apologize for the delay. We would like to inform, that we tried to resolve this issue with the customer. We offered to tow the vehicle to our service facility and address the issue without any expenses from the customer. Unfortunately he declined our offer. We can offer $1,500 to help the customer in this situation.

I purchased a 2019 Q5 auto from this business and upon purchase **** the car gave malfunctioning codes right away I was told that the car needed to have a computer update and all codes would stop. I was then told to take the car right over to pa inspection Station so the car could be updated. Once there i was told to bring the car back because the update would take longer. So I was turned away with a promise that they would call me for an appointment. No appointment was available until October 4 months later. once the appointment was completed the car continued to malfunctioning and with new malfunctioning codes appearing. I called them and then no response. I spoke with **** and his team and told them the issue and **** said he would fix the issue so I emailed him all paper work. **** and his team continued to play games to string me along and still to this day no repairs, even after speaking with him and going to the office. The issue is electrical and **** and his team knows the issues was there upon purchase of unit and they refuse to take responsibility of selling me a used car with electrical issues. Please repair the car Mr **** as you have been telling me that you would for the past months and this issue can be resolved Thank you!

good afternoon,  I dont understand how my case can be closed and deemed as invalid when the paauto sales has not responded to my complaint. I did however purchase used 2019 q5 from mr **** and he in turn has told me on several occasions that he would have the unit fixed. he has done nothing to what was said he would do. the car was purchased with computer issues and he has not made any attempt to make the correction or repairs on this car. the lights on the car do not work and the hatch of the car does not open, also the car computer system does not recognize the key fob is in the car. the car has electronical damage and war purchased this way and I was told that it would be fixed by his company.  I dont understand how you could close this case with no response form **** to claim. please continue to ask for a response to this very valid claim of PAautosales.com selling me a damage q5 audi on 6-24-2023 this has been an ongoing issue with them.  p.s. My 18 year old son bought a car from this dealership in October 2, 2023. We test drove it and was told it was just inspected in July. After having it for only one month and few days the check engine light came on. We took it to Auto Zone to put the computer on it to see the problem. It was a #4 cylinder misfire. I contacted the dealership for help or guidance. I was told we needed to go through the warranty. The warranty real covers nothing. We took it to a mechanic on Nov. 20 to have it assessed and to be fixed. They informed us one of the coils was recently replaced. He replaced the remaining coils and spark plugs in Nov. 21. On Nov. 22. The check engine light came back on. We took it back to the mechanic. He registered 2 issues with the car. One was still for a #4 cylinder misfire and the other a transmission error. This company does not fix transmissions so we needed to go to a transmission shop. On Nov. 24 we had it assessed and was told the transmission fluid was down by 2 quarts and they could tell the transmission pan was very recently changed. Cornerstone did not replace the fluid once they made the repairs. They did not see a leak. But the #4 misfire is still registering. We also realized the windshield needs to be replaced. It had 2 chips. When we took it to the glass shop they could not believe it passed inspection. So we will need to replace this also.I talked to the owner of Cornerstone, *********************. He was very rude, impolite and not willing to help. He told me he gave us the warranty, which was useless and covered nothing. He also had some harsh words for me as a person. The only advice he offered, very rudely, was we should of bought a new vehicle. I understand it is a used vehicle but we didnt have it 2 months and it is failing and we put a good amount of money in to it. It should of lasted longer than 2 months and how did it get inspected properly? Many poor reviews on ****** for Cornerstone with the same issues.

So on the September 26 I financed a vehicle with them . Excited that I was finally going to have a good car and wouldn’t have to worry about fixing it like my old one . Till this day I have taken it to there shop like 2-3 times for a jerk and kicking when you drive from a stop and nothing has been fixed . First time, they had me waiting for two weeks because my 3 year old vehicle needed new motor mounts .that got replaced and my car still had the same issue . Then I took it for a transmission flush because they said “maybe that’s the issue “ so I said whatever . That got done a week after . I received a call saying “ your car is 100% “ I was happy so I went to pick it up. I test drove and it was still doing the same thing , so I returned it just for them to tell something different “ your car needs a week for the new fluid to settle “ so why would they tell me on the phone it was a 100% ready ?. I was furious. It’s been a week and my car is still having the same issue but now it’s stalls when I accelerate at certain speeds . I’m tired of wasting time and days at my job , losing money just to get the round about on my vehicle and nothing is being done . I just want to get my car exchanged or a refund at this point because they don’t know what they are doing and they are just wasting my time and money . I’ve tried to get into contact with the manager but every time I call he is never there .
