      Purchased a 2018 *** ** a few months ago and got it shipped to Las Vegas. Received smog test to register car. Car FAILED smog emissions and check engine light is on. Battery, drive train engine malfunctions and other repair codes pop up on the car when being assessed. Car has been in and out of repair shops for the past 3 weeks. Can't get a hold of anyone at dealership to take care of the problem. We don't have tags / license plates for the car. Tags finally arrived on 4/26/23 on 4/15/23 expired. **** and other service managers have dodged all calls/ email and communication attempts to get car fixed. They won't call/ email/ reimburse us. We have spent countless hours getting a hold of them in addition to spending $$$ on rental cars in order to get around. I drove the ** on the freeway and the drivetrain malfunction and check engine light is on. I was fearful of my life driving this on the freeway home. Every time the car accelerated the car shakes. It's completely unsafe to drive! The service managers and **** the dealership manager have been completely unresponsive. The days and hour of my time calling the dealership 5x/ day I will never get back. The stress and inconvenience that this has caused my family will never be reconciled. On April 18th after seeing a 1 star ****** review **** A. the service manager finally responded to us and agreed to ***** a check for the full amount of *** ********. However, the check was short of $292.43. The ***** check was received on April 25th for the amount of $2000. In addition to that, we are owed a ********* bill at $1777. Along with the $300 ***** and $450 in rental car payments we incurred while car was inoperable for the past 4 weeks. We want a ***** check for all of it. $2,819.43 and not a penny less!

      I purchased a car from PA Auto sales on 7/30. Upon receiving the car, I noticed another registration in the car for another purchaser in June. I specifically asked if this car had been ours based in June and returned if issues. I was I ensured that the purchaser provided false paystubs and the car was repossessed. Upon driving home, before leaving the lot the backup camera was loose. I was told to come back up (2.5 Hr drive) to have fixed. Upon getting home I noticed the tails lights was all out in the rear of the car. I called PA inspection and inquired how did the car pass inspection if all tail lights were out? They ensured me that they would fix all issues. Before returning, I had the camera fixed out of pocket. I returned on 8/5 to have tail light fixed. Once arriving home, I realized that only one tail light was fixed. I immediately called back. They scheduled another appointment for 8/11. Prior to the appointment the check engine light came on. I had a mechanic check the code so I knew what was wrong before going back. I returned on 8/11 and they fixed the remaining tail light, however check engine light had went out and they stated no issues found. Fast forward to 8/26 when I woke up to water sitting in the driver side of the car. I emailed John Y with no response. 8/27 check engine light comes on again with ABS brake error code. 9/06 cat again so flooded with water from rain, car will not start. I called PA auto inspection and they advise I would have to find a way to get the car up to them again 2.5 hrs away. I called John Y who advised this was the first time he is hearing of issues with the car (sent email on 8/26), he stated he would look into it and give me a call back. I heard nothing. I called on 09/7 and he advised that his general manager would connect with me shortly. As of now I have heard nothing and the car is sitting outside. I purchased this car through my chapter 13 approval from my lawyer and trustee, sold a lemon!

      I am rejecting this response :

      I scheduled an appointment with their mechanic for Thursday morning.  I was told even though the car was not fit to drive, I had to find a way to get it up to Philadelphia from Dover, De. When I arrived at 10 am I was greeted with attitudes from a young lady. She was unaware of my need for a loaner.  I also had to put a deposit on the rental provided.  When inspecting the rental there was several areas of damage and the tire pressure light was on. I immediately informed the front desk guy who said he knew and it was nothing.  I refused to take the car until it was fixed.  I also was told that I had 40 days to report problems with the car.  Not the fact that this was my 4 time up here for this car.  Attached you will see the letter sent by my lawyer.I am awaiting the result of their repair, as again this the 4 time this car has been up to Pa for repairs.

      Since the first day I bought that car, the car has suspension issues. They say the fixed the problem but they didn't. The suv was over there for the past 3 weeks since purchase. They left out two bolts that go to the lower control arms on both side which can cause to have a dangerous accident and the suv to drop from the front. I contacted them about the issue and they said it don't go no bolts there. Which I send them pictures of it and picture of a control arm from ****** which comes with the bolt. They said they don't care about nothing. Basically they want me to kill myself in the door because I kept going over there so they didn't fix the problem.

      My son purchased a car on 3/11/ 2022. His temp tags expired on 5/09/2022. It is now 5/30/2022, and he has not received his registration or permanent tags. I also can not confirm if the bank received the title. I called multiple times, and I was first told the tags were approved on 3/21 but not mailed. I was then told that I would receive the tags and title in a week, and to date, we have not received anything!! I am very much a mama bear, and I will go to war for my family! I have looked at contacting the PA Attorney General's office, as this seems to be a reoccurring theme. I also have contacted a lawyer because there are rules and timeframes that dealerships must abide by when registering a vehicle. If not, that could create serious issues for them. I don't want to go this route. Instead, I would rather that they provide us with the tags, titles, and registration. But if it comes to it, I have no problem with taking them to court - we have the means to do just that!

      Bought used ****** 2018 ** on Saturday, January 15, 2022. Cash price of car online was $26,495. Price was increased to $28,100 with no notice, plus fees and taxes. Traded in 2006 ****** ****** for $750 (market value $6,500), asked for it back the next day (Sunday), was told it had been sold to the auction. Payed $6,000 cash down payment. Agreed on $1,400 discount and was not given it. Missing spare tire tools, had rusting rotors and brake pads, brake sensor damage, leaking antifreeze, damaged windshield wipers, key fob damage, and hard to start battery. Dealer ignored later emails regarding price. I do not wish to be stuck with this car for the next 6 years and would like a full refund.

      PA Auto Sales is holding my car for almost two months now and won't return it to me. I have a car loan and have to pay for a car that I am not in possession of. The car was taken in for service and was given a loaner car now the loaner car was involved in a car accident and is going through an insurance claim but PAAuto service department wont give me my car back until claim is resolved. And by law they are not allowed to do so. I need help getting my car back which is needed for work and everyday life.

      I got my car from ********** ***** ***** in new jersey, where they sold me a warranty costing me 3000. Now after 3 years, when the car is still covered under warranty, I had been noticing that the car was burning oil. So my husband contacted the warranty people and we took the car back to the dealer to be fixed. Since December the dealer has been giving us a run around, charging more money for the engine , charging me extra about 1000 $, and 5100 $ from the warranty people for a used engine with 79000 miles on it. Having no other option We asked them to fix the car. They took the car in on Monday 06/21/21, today when my husband went to pick up the car, they took the payment from him and afterwards when He got to drive the car the abs lights, traction control lights were on. Steering wheel was pulling to the right. He took it back right away and they argued with him not taking any more responsibility and misbehaved. Please help me out in this matter. please contact me for further concerns.
