Simple Tire is using clickbait pricing through ****** to get customers to click their add and then when the link is clicked ( *******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************) you immediately get routed to their website where the pricing increases nearly 50%. This is false advertisement and is considered Consumer Fraud. Screen shots are attached below. ********* on the images will prove that I took them on my mac computer, at home, in real time. They have also blamed ******, and "real time" changes of their pricing to account for the difference. Which is not true because nobody has sold these tires for $45 since the early 2000's.Business Response

Im writing to provide an update and resolution for the complaint submitted by ***** regarding a pricing discrepancy seen through a ****** Ad.
After investigating the issue, we confirmed that a ****** Ad error caused the tire to display at a price of $45.01, which did not reflect the correct pricing listed on our website at that time. While this was an unintended error, we understand the confusion it caused.
To resolve the matter and honor the ***** ***** saw, we have created a one-time custom quote that adjusts the current tire price to match the ad. This quote is valid for 30 days and was shared directly with ***** via email. We believe this resolution fairly addresses the concern and demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction.

I purchased defective tires from this establishment. Simple tires responed with it is my trucks suspension system is the cause after it was checked by Tire Pros auto center which ****** stated that it was not the suspension. The tires only less than 25 miles the problem apprent right after installation while driving home. These tires are a safety hazard to drive on and I am now responsible for removing , purchasing elsewhere and paying for installation. They are not taking any responsibility for the product they sell.Business Response

Apologies for the delayed response, as we were awaiting communication from the customer, which has been extremely limited. Despite more than 10 outreach attempts across phone and email, weve received minimal response. In spite of that, we have proactively moved forward with a resolution in good faith.
We acknowledge that the customers experience did not meet our standards, and weve taken the following steps to make things right:
A full refund has been issued to the customer.
We have arranged for ***** to pick up the tires currently in the customers possession at no cost to them.
We've also sent an email expressing our sincere apologies and outlining the above resolution. We've also offered to schedule the pickup as early as the next day, with flexibility based on the customers availability.
Even in the absence of consistent communication, weve continued to pursue a fair and complete resolution. We remain committed to ensuring the customer is taken care of and will act on any further response from them to bring this to full closure.Customer Answer

Bought tires at a certain price. The seller ******* my order citing that they were no longer available. They never removed the listing and simply raised the price of the tires. I contacted and they said they are no longer available and would remove the listing. They never did. I reached out and they basically said they dont have an obligation to sell something if it was listed at the incorrect price. This practice is pervasive through their **** account. If you read negative reviews many many people cite that SimpleTire canceled their order claiming lack of availability or an issue with the buyers shipping address but then raised the price hundreds of dollars. When people comparing to simple tire they offer a measles 5% discount. This is pricing fraud.Business Response

Apologies for the delay.
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. ***** complaint.
Mr. ***** original order was canceled in February due to the tires being out of stock. While the listing remained briefly active due to an inventory sync delay, it was removed once the issue was identified.
In ****** Mr. **** repurchased the same tires at a slightly higher price. After reviewing his concern, we offered a refund of $21.56 to match the original price. He accepted this resolution.
We understand his continued concern about pricing and availability. However, we can confirm that our pricing reflects current supplier data and that occasional delays in system updates may occur, but are not intentional.
We appreciate Mr. ***** feedback and are taking steps to improve inventory accuracy moving forward.

Business used bait and switch tactic to attract customers to make a purchase and then cancel it to then offer the customer to purchase the item at an almost doubled cost. Business changed the price on the original ecommerce platform that the purchase was made because they claim the price was an error but yet ******* and *************************** still offered the original purchase price. I feel the company should have honored the price instead of canceling the order.Business Response

Due to the nature of our dynamic pricing model, which can cause price fluctuations, there was a discrepancy between the advertised and actual price at the time of Mr. ****s purchase. We apologized for the confusion and, as a one-time exception, offered to refund $35.26 from his previous tire purchase. This adjustment brought the cost of his new tires to a price comparable to the original listing.
We value our customers and take concerns like this seriously. We appreciate the opportunity to work toward a satisfactory resolution and remain committed to providing a transparent and positive shopping experience.

Hello this will be the last attempt contact you guys before , please read this CAREFULLY. And send the to a supervisor or someone competent . I placed my order back in October you guys shipped it with tracking ************ ************ they NEVER ARRIVED and it shows on tracking, when I contacted ***** they informed me they were lost or being sent back to you guys. ***** was not very helpful and I was told to contact you guys. I did and A *** told me she was going to issue a refund. But this is were the WHOLE THING WENT haywire. She did not issue a refund she forced a replacement on me after I said I had already gone to ***** and gotten them replace. I didnt need the tires anymore . You guys sent me 2 tires that I DID NOT NEED, I was told to return them and so I did with the labels YOU GUYS PROVIDED(attached)I payed 15$ for an **** since they did not fit in my car and 8$ for a Postnet label print fee. In late Sept. 2024 I purchased 4 tires online. I had them mounted and balanced and installed in mid Dec. 1 of the tires is coming apart on the tread and steel belts are showing as the tire is splitting. These tires have less than 2500 miles on them. ********************************************************* thru the ringer and calling it a road hazzard and not a defective tire. I have sent them pictures which clearly show the defective tire. I just want the tire replaced.Business Response

I have a set of ******** WRANGLER MTR WITH KEVLAR, ****** on them. One tire has little rips in the sidewall all the way around, looks like dry rot. This tire recently just left me stranded on side the road where as none of the other 3 tires have a single rip or tear in the side wall. Turns out they are 6 years old. Which means when I got these tires that were supposed to be new they were already 4 years old. $1000 isnt something Id be paying for old tires, only time before the others give out. Alternative solution found for customer. Customer purchased new tires that they've hand selected. As a compromise we covered the cost of the original tires in that new purchase. Both parties are pleased with this solution.

I purchased these tires on *********** and had them installed at my local ******* in ********, **. after only 8000 miles the tires were completely wore down. I am unable to attach the photos the local ******* Service Tech took as the file is too large. We started to claim/return process in August and still can not get a reply from Simply Tire. I purchased tires on 12/10/24. As I had issues with them they were able to setup a return. After sending them back as instructed and no contact from seller, I reached out and they assured me it would all be taken care of urgently. The tracking ************ shows I sent the product back on 12/13/24, yet its been a month and they arent able to help when I contact, nor do they reach out on their own, nor have they processed a refund for that return. Order Date 11/28 through ******* App Delivered on November 30 4 winter Sumitomo Ice Edge Tires Never mounted or used I got an email from ******* saying I can return in-store. I load up tires in my car, go to *******, and haul tires inside for them to tell me they can not accept *********** need to contact the seller. I immediately called Simple Tire LLC on 12/14 and was told I would receive an email from a "******* return specialist" within the next five business days. I got an email on 12/16 asking if the tires were used or mounted. I respond the same day with a picture of the tires still in shipping packaging and saying they werent. Never get another response. The same thing happened on the 12/22 call. They said they would escalate and I would receive an email, and the same thing happened. I got an email and responded with no further action. I have called multiple times since and can not reach a person, and I have been on hold for over three hours. This has been an absolute miserable experience. The email I received said the tires could be returned to ******* by 2/1, which was wrong, and I am beyond frustrated.Business Response
