    Business Response

    Date: 12/17/2024

I am writing regarding the recent termination of are contract on the
    project located at *****************************************************************************. While
I respect your decision, I would like to formally address the work
completed under the agreement and clarify any misunderstandings.
As per are agreement I started the work in June on *******************
Two weeks into the project ******* ex-boyfriend/ business partner
called L&I and officers issued a stop work order. I informed Ms.
Limprevil. I took the necessary steps at Licenses and Insured with
the City of ********** to register my business and pulled permits
for 118 E twenty fourth Steet which was a verbal agreement for me
to do the demo however Ms ********* used my permit and hired
someone else for the demo. Subcontractors were hired for demo,
electrical, flooring, and painters under Brush of the Sunnah LLC.
While waiting for permits at *********************************************** offered me to
work at **************** while waiting for permits. I denied working
in the beginning at Dartmoor Dr. ****** and ******* pleaded with me
to help her transition from ************ to **********. I agreed to
help her settle in her home with conditions that *****************
was still my primary concern. Throughout the process ****** and ***
personally visited the project sites on multiple occasions to review
the process. ****** also moved into the property while work was
being completed and still issued cashiers checks with satisfaction
of work detail of both properties, able to move in her primary
residence at ***********. We proceeded to go back in 303and
continued work. As I was beginning to start work, I realized that the
electricity wasnt working, and before we stopped working, my
electrician had the entire house wired and functioning. I proceeded
to the basement, thinking maybe *** came in and trip the main
breaker at panel. To discover wires where cut from the Head of the
panel wire outlet. I inform the Limprevils of the damage, took
pictures and began to rewire with 12/2 romax. I was successful in
getting power to start completing work, but to my surprise there was
walls knocked out and human defecation in front bedroom, caused
by the ex-fianc/Partner. As ****** suggests.
At this time, I cleaned up, fixed walls and began to work with
tenacity. I asked ****** for a partial increment for remainder scope
of work, 2 days later while constructing bathroom and shower,
****** and ***, released me from my duties of work, asking for me to
turnover keys to properties and vacate the premises.

And here we are today, at this point
