    So this business is falsely advertising that they except applications and give determinations in regards to your credit score, rental history, payment abilities, and do a scoring system. However the manager for this property rejected my application without seeing to any of those things I know because I am friendly with my past landlords and none of them were reached out to. In addition to the fact she one ***************************** made the mistake of calling me thinking she was calling the property owner asking was I ready to be renting the property!! How are you calling me to find out if Im ready to rent when you dont even have the approval of the property owner? This company is stealing money from individuals giving false hope and stealing money from individuals actually looking to rent properties. There needs to be a investigation done so that the full story is unveiled because not only do I not know the extent to how bad this is the application fee is much higher then anyone I ever paid only to have paid it for both my son and I based on a lie!

    We did screen them as per our company policy and per the City of Philadelphia's policy. However as a courtesy, we refunded both their application fees in the amount of $160 (they paid 2 application fee in the amount of $65 each). Please reach out if you need anything else from us.
