    I've just moved into this property as of 06/23/2025. I've had consistent issues with the property manager *** ***** and just trying to get answers to questions that should be very simple. He's been very rude to me via email, wont take phone calls and apparently the office is shut down so I can't even go in person to try and resolve these issues. I've messaged him 06/26 and 06/15-06/19. Each time he refused to answer my questions properly or would ignore my emails for days. I also sent text between that time which were not answered. He says all utilities. You should be in the homeowner's name yet they scheduled a turn off of the electricity in the middle of a heat wave. They also had a company called citizens home. Solutions call me repeatedly and say that they would switch utilities over in my name with their service provided by grow property management. Clearly, I was confused and just looking for some guidance from the property manager, but each time he treats me like an inconvenience. This is very unprofessional behavior and as I have pets that are allowed on the property, I could not allow us to be without power.

    I am unsure what the tenant's complaint is....we place the utilities in our name, and bill the tenant. We have no association with the Citizens Home. 
    The tenant ran herself into issues by trying to place the utilities in her name, thus booting us. We then worked to re-connect the utilities. 

    We have a full service tenant portal where she is welcome to submit repair requests and inquiries 24 hours a day. There, issues are actionable.
    This is well defined in her lease agreement; but she refuses to do this.

    I hired Grow Property Management to list my home and manage my townhouse in Philadelphia. For months I remained in contact with them. I gave them sensitive information (SSN), housing information etc. that was meant to give him access to my house and file paperwork on my behalf. He listed the house for $1,000 less than agreed upon and once I contacted him to fix the mistake he told me to find someone else to manage my property. He has now dropped me and will not represent me but I'm concerned he will take my PII (SSN) and use it in a fraudulent way. He refused to send me a voided contract or promise to delete my PII from his system. This business is unprofessional and cannot be trusted. They need to be investigated and perhaps shutdown until this can be solved.

    ********* *** was an owner we had to terminate property management service with as we perceived her as a predatory landlord who resisted making necessary repairs to her rental property. We can not be associated with landlords; we feel victimize tenants. Nor landlords who refuse to operate legally.

    We gave her the defined 60 days notice in our agreement with her & transferred management to her seamlessly.
