One of the properties they one in phoenixville, Oakwood Manor Apartment is a slumlord paradise since greenzang took over. On my move in date I was given a completely different apartment in terms of layout, dimensions, and renovations. As I did the walkthrough I also noticed the entire apartment was never cleaned and the property left oven sized boxes on my living room! When I asked Fran the property manager to remove them, she argued with me that they will have to stay in my living room until the contractors come in at least 3 weeks to install the island! Black mold in each bedroom, living and dead bugs in every perimeter, a pile of dead bugs in my room, bodily functions and hair from the previous tenants, food and trash in each room. I expressed how my apartment was never prepared to the property manager and all she did was send over the maintenance. He came in and couldn’t believe the horrendous condition as he entered all of the work orders. The property manager Fran messaged me after 8:30pm that night to harass me about tasks the maintenance already completed. The next day I went to the apartment to start to deep clean when I found hundreds of roach eggs and roaches in the cabinets! I immediately walked to the leasing office to tell Fran when she slammed the door in my face! It resulted in her discriminating against me a black woman, calling the police! My elderly grandmother, and mother went to the office hours later to express how the apartment was never prepared, it’s infested, has mold in each bedroom, huge appliances in boxes in my living room, wires hanging from the ceiling, and were lied to about layout ect. Fran called the police on my family and told 911 they were attacking her and intoxicated! Which was NOT TRUE! I have it all on video. I have hundreds of pictures and videos on my apartment. Fran then illegally evicted us and took our $2000 deposit and said we will not get it back. I have multiple friends in D building and it is infested with roaches!
