    I sent them my gold crown, they quoted me *****. I knew it was worth more just based on the weight and price of gold. They sent me the quote for ***** along with a detailed report the metal contents stating it was a mix of metals!I asked for it back and took it to a local gold buyer who confirmed that it was 95% gold and worth *****.This place is not worth the waste of time and money they tried to undercut the value thinking that I would not ask them to return it.Felt like a scam!!!!!BEWARE!!!

    One of the officers of the company told me i would be paid spot price for the remains of a 100 ounce bullion silver bar .The weight was ***** **** ounces ovcer 80% of the 100 **** ounce bullion bar .So I used there service thinking I would get paid more for the silver bullion bar then the two Edmonton companies were willing to pay me but when the silver bar arrived an account executive then told me the privce would not be the spot price but their new much lower price .Which was a lot lower then what the edmonton precious metal buyers said they would pay .I consider this a bait and switch tactic which falls under the category of fraud .

    On two separate occasions I sent in items that just plain went missing . First time it was a dozen high end cpu's. The second 17 grams of 14 kt . I took a note of what I sent and couldn't get an explanation from anyone as to where or what happened. Ive sent email after email and no answer . I wouldn't recommend this place .

    Their website says payment within 1-2 days of delivery. My shipment arrived a week ago. Still no payment. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. Scammers! Beware!
