- Full refund, if we can't solve your problem when given the opportunity to do so. We will let the customer know if its unfixable. It can be fixed we will fix it or point in the direction how the pest issue can be resolved. If we can't- we will refund 100% minus reasonable costs and expenses to reduce the issue. Simply put, if we reduce the problem to 90%, then a 10% refund is the most the customer is eligible for.
