Hello, ******** **** 2014 was being serviced by your Norwitch Auto Body Shop since 10/27/2022. **. ******* called me with an update only twice to nform me of signing the Service Agreement, and that the wrong hood was delivered early November. Then she called me on 1/5/2023 to pick up my vehicle the following day. When I arrived, the red haired representative told me to wait while she looked for my keys. I waited almost 20 minutes. The gray haired representative took my deductible. Then the red haired rep came back with my keys to tell me that I needed to tow my car because it was not drivable. I asked questions of why, and why I was never updated about the status of my vehicle for almost 3 months, but was told to come get it as if it was drivable. My insurance is Progressive, which paid for the job, but did not properly overseee the work. The red haired rep berated me and yelled at me, telling me to shut up while I was on the phone complaining to my friend and then Progressive. She repeatedly yelled at me to shut my mouth and told me to stop acting like a child. The manager did not reprimand her. She continued to antagonize me. The representative verbally attacked me and postured intimidating body language towards me. This conduct is unacceptable, and their neglect of my vehicle has worsened its condition and was not returned to me as it was at the time of loss from my accident on 10/20/2022.Daysena Dicks
