    I purchased a bitcoin mining package and paid a 5 year hosting fee in October 2021. I have a contract with a money back guarantee. In 2022, VBit mining was purchased by Advanced mining, a *************** that then said they were unable to perform this service in *****************. We were told our money would be refunded. They updated us on legal information for a couple months and reassured everyone they would contact us with options but then stopped answering all emails and shut down log in to accounts on the site. Attached first page of contract with receipt.

    I purchased the Gold Pack from Vbit Mining on February 21, 2021 with a downpayment of $4760.00. I have attached the contract and invoices which show I also paid I also paid for 2 years of hosting the bitcoin machine I bought at a rate of 406.67 per month. The company was sold and changed to the name Advanced Mining in February 7, 2022. I continued to pay the company until April 2022 which I have also attached. On June 27, 2022, I received an email from Advanced Mining saying that they're company would no longer service the United States and that they would work with Washington state first. I emailed them on December 6, 2022 and asked when they would get to my account as I had saved money on there along with the initial purchase. I have attached that email. I can no longer get into my account and have not heard back from the company when asking about my refund and generated income in my account. I would like the downpayment refunded along with the monthly payments of 406.67 from febrary 7 2021 until April 2022 along with the money generated from mining bitcoin in my account.

    I have not received a refund from this company as told many months ago by the reps whenever I send a email through the portal or call. The bank this company has/had business is ******** ****, Philadelphia, PA. I still received a payment statement but it states do not sent any payments. I was told the money is on freeze at this bank. ****** **** is the CEO from *** ** (formerly ****). Asking for any contact number or investigation in process about this company.

    I purchased a mining rig that I elected to have Advanced Mining run for me in one of their facilities. It ran for a few months before the SEC shut them down for US customers. I was given scenarios that are outlined in the attached. I looked at what I spent and what I made in mining and feel I am due a refund of the difference. There's been a lot of the same email going in stating someone will be contacting me, but no one has in almost a year. They've disabled my access to my web portal and don't have any way that I can find to contact them. Please help.

    On September 29 I transacted a total of $16,629 in a wire transfer to the company **** Mining. The company would provide bitcoin mining services. This fee included a **** pro bitcoin miner and 2 year agreement to provide energy and hosting for Bitcoin Mining. October 17 is when I started to mine bitcoin. February 10 **** Mining said they were acquire by Advanced Mining. June 27 they sent an email they can no longer provide services to US customers and they will contact me about refunding the difference in money spent and income earned. I reached several time since then and they said they will contact me about my refund. They have not responded since December.
