    I purchased a jersey and did not receive it in time even though I paid extra for shipping. I've returned the item and it's been well over the 14 days and still have no received my return. I've sent multiple emails and get a generic response that it's in processing. I will continue to send email after email until I get my money back and I will never do business with this company again! Seems as if they treat all of their customers this way.

    This review is in regards to lack customer service.

    I recently purchased an item that happened to be a bit larger than expected. I requested to refund the item and sent an email on the same day I received the item. I guessed this would take some time to address as I have sent general questions and have not heard back for that. Anyway, the instructions said to expect a response within 3-5 business days. I sent the return email request on a Friday. I allowed the entire week to pass including the following weekend. No response. I wrote M&N back on the same email chain asking for an update mentioning that the 3-5 days had passed with no response. I also stated that I really intended to exchange the item but I did not want to order until the return request was answered. It has now been 10 business days and still no response. I am in the 2nd weekend since I made the request.

    This is extremely poor customer service and I have heard the stories in the past but this is ridiculous. This complaint most likely won't matter either but at least I can contribute and share and make other consumers aware and to be cautious if purchasing from M&N in the future.

    I expected a response at the very least. To be ignored completely and disregarded speaks to the owners and business itself. The products itself should not cancel out the customer service part. This business is utilizing costumer's excitement of stocking and selling legacy items and sought after pieces for its advantage. With this advantage, it allows the business to act in a non customer friendly environment to disadvantage customer's. By offering customer options while not actually making good on those options.

    Well, lesson learned. Shop less and you will be heard!

    They have NO customer service department. After placing an order, i emailed them 10+ times asking for resolution, through every avenue I could think of and heard nothing back. Everyone says the exact same thing. Do not do business with this company.

    I tried to order a shirt right when it dropped back in September but the website was crashing for 2+ hours and everything was sold out so I had to give up. The shirt was back in stock in mid-October and I was able to purchase it then. I received the shirt and it was too small, which I think is crazy because I used the measurements provided online to select a size and this shirt should have been oversized on me but, instead, it is really tight. Also the quality of the shirt is awful. It's so rough and feels cheap. I wanted to return or exchange the shirt and I was disappointed to read that there were no exchanges and, if you decide to return the shirt, not only will they not refund you for the original shipping fee, but you also have to pay out of pocket to return anything. Also, Mitchell & Ness never offer free shipping, regardless of how much you spend. I genuinely cannot remember the last time I had to pay to return something in the last 10 years. I guess for a company that prides itself on selling nostalgic clothing, it makes sense that they have extremely outdated policies.

    I have placed an order on new york knicks shorts authentic 1993-1994 June 9 2023 and have yet to recieve my order or any updates about my order from the company I have emailed multiple due to the fact there isn't a contact number, and still has yet to reimburse me of my money or give me any updates regarding my order it's been 2 months now and counting if you can please help me thank you

    I bought 2 products online from Mitchell and Ness from there website online back on November 2022. I had received shipping information, a tracking number with UPS threw Mitchell and Ness. When my order was delivered by the date, I checked with UPS. UPS notified me that I had to request a lost package inquiry on this order. They determined that the package was lost and they needed the retailer information of the items to issue a payment back to Mitchell and Ness. Mitchell and Ness do not have a customer service phone number, they do every thing by emails. When they respond it takes days to a week for them to reply back. I have written multiple emails about this situation over and over again. Finally back in February a representative sent a email that I should receive a refund in 10 to 14 days. I didn’t receive a refund. I contacted Mitchell and Ness again about my refund, the representative reply that a refund was processed on 3/6/23 . I replied that I haven’t received a refund yet and ask how was the refund issued. I haven’t heard from them any more. I reply threw emails and I don’t
    A response. Or the they say that items should be returned to get a refund. The company customer service is the worst that I ever experience. The fact that they don’t list a phone number to actually speak to person for help, they reply by emails with very generic response. The fact that I will likely won’t get a refund which was over $100. I have seen other complaints with Mitchell and Ness similar to my situation. This company should be a shame of them selves for the poor customer service and for refunded the customer who no fault of the circumstances on what happened.

    Possibly the worst customer service I've ever received from a company, on multiple occasions. Shame on me for returning as a customer after the first time. Learned my lesson.

    Do not waste your money with this company that I thought I could trust. I ordered some basketball shorts from them. They sent a message saying it had been shipped. I waited over a week before checking the shipping status. Come to find out it hadn’t been shipped. Only a shipping label had been created. I called UPS to cover all bases. UPS confirmed they never received anything from Mitchell & Ness. I emailed them, they never responded. So, basically, they have taken my money but I am not getting what I ordered. So disappointed. Do not do business with them.

    Their clothing used be great. Now it’s just cheap quality and all made in China. They have ZERO customer service and the last two times I ordered from them they never sent the packages and I had to send about a dozen emails just for a response. I have now been fighting for them to just refund an order that wasn’t received. I have had the same generic response to every email.

    I ordered a jersey from this company, and never received my item. UPS said that it was delivered, so i stated a claim with UPS and they came to the conclusion that they didnt deliver the package. But i never received anything. I reached out to Mitchell and ness and someone contacted me and assured me they they will get to the bottom of this issue. 2 months later i still havent received my jersey and the person that contacted wont return any of my emails asking for an update. I will never order from this company again.
