    "In 2023 I contacted NexGen heating and air for a complete new HVAC system install. After everything was set and done and they were already agreed on the estimate the day of installation they ripped out all my equipment already hauled it off to the dump then started telling me I owe them another $10,000 for a new ductwork after they already ripped out my old duct work I said no it was back-and-forth and I kept saying put my old equipment and they couldnt do it because they already got rid of it." ...
