    A duct was added in my home so the house can start receiving heat throughout and they did a horrible job. I just got my kitchen redone/remodeled recently. They came in and tore holes in my ceiling and my floor because apparently as they said, it was the only way they could put the duct up. The job was very unsatisfactory.

    I called the company on 12/24/2022 they came out and replaced a part that was needed. But it was said that I needed something else to get the heat to come on. I have children and a sick father whom has a pacemaker and he can't take it anymore neither can my children. I spent well over $300 dollars which was for my childrens Christmas. Here it is 1/19/2023 and still no heat. they sent me a invoice which included a price I paid already. I need help from somewhere.

    The customer called us out for emergency service on Christmas Eve.Our service fee at the time was $150, the tech diagnosed her issue initially on visual inspection, the system needed a cleaning and to change out the thermocouple to light the pilot. Our immediate concern was to replace the thermocouple which we completed and charged the customer $335.00. This fee included the service fee $150 and thermocouple $185.00 as stated by line item on the receipt provided. Changing out her thermocouple was not a complete repair because the burners would not turn on. Something we would not have been able to diagnose until we were able to light the pilot. The additional part needed to get her system to stay running was an additional $862.00 of which we deducted the service fee from plus a recommended cleaning of the overall system for $365.00. The customer couldn't pay, we also offered financing which she was not eligible for. we understand financial hardships are difficult in these times, but we charged fairly for services provided.

    I hired this vender to service my AC unit, due to low blowing air, hired them for AC tune-up. From there it seems my system was freezing 5/24/22 for which they proceeded to give estimates on costly repairs of indoor coil and outside compressor, costing $5400.00. It is now 7/22, 6 weeks after last contact, during a heat wave, and still have the same problem after several attempts by the vendor and now no response. It is now Aug, 10, 2022, still no air or response by the vendor??? I cannot have another vendor, come in for fear of worsening the problem and possible voiding the service/equipment warranty. I am stuck with a loan for equipment and work done, with no working Air conditioning.

    Our office was unfortunately closed for over 2 weeks for a planned vacation and our remote vacation we had little access to our emails or phone messages. We had a back up in place but they failed to service our customers while we were shutdown. When we arrived back in town and returned all missed messages, I called this customer to advise and apologize for not responding. We installed this customers A/C on June 5, 2022. She left a message with out dispatch system to complain about her unit not working on July 21. 2022. Despite the customer not paying her balance in full back in June when the work was completed and still hasnt, we still serviced her A/C on the first available time slot which was August 11, 2022. As of today August 11th, system is working correctly however if there are any issues going forward we will service/repair as needed for free for 1 year from installation date. Again we are sorry for the slow response and but was a one off situation that will not happen again. Today, August 12th I received this complaint, a bad review, and also found out she was trying to reverse the charges for the balance she did pay with our finance company for a simple repair that did not even have anything to do with why her new AC that we installed froze up (dirty filter). I understand her frustration but these steps she has taken to reconcile have been very extreme and I will assume the timing of this report was before we rectified her complaint.
