      I was scheduled to have service done on 06/23. They canceled due to heat (fine). They then canceled due to have two techs call out and I was assured someone would be at my house by 8:30 the next morning. The crew showed up at 10:15 and told me they couldnt do the work because there was no where to park (despite me having an alley and driveway). I was told I would be put on the schedule for 8 AM the next Monday. No one showed up on Monday. I was told there was scheduling miscommunication. When they finally showed up, they called to tell me they couldnt fix one of the gutters because the wood was rotted. They took the gutter down and left with my gutter, leaving my roof bare during thunderstorm season. It took five days for them to issue an additional work order, in which they expected an extra $500 for the work they want to do. When I asked for my gutters so I could put them back up or do the work myself I was told no.

      To Whom This May Concern,

      Please review the enclosed documents showing that we completed the work on 7/29/2025. We did our best to explain to the ******* that we do not install gutters onto rotted fascia. On 7/2/2025, we came to complete the contracted work. Once we removed the one section of gutters, we found that the fascia was rotted. The delays from that point were on ********* own doing. She insisted that she did not want us to come back, so we did not, per her request. We offered her a payment plan for the rotted wood, she refused. She then refused to speak with our office directly and began talking to corporate, whom all stood by our viewpoint.

      Two weeks later we came to discuss how we could part ways, and decided on a renewed contract to replace her fascia board FOR FREE (document attached). We got her back on the schedule after she signed the contract...then she contacted the Better Business Bureau. Since that renewed contract, she has also broken that agreement on her end after we fulfilled our end of the contract.

      When Brothers Gutters of ***************** came to complete work on the front of the house, they took apart my gutters and left the premises without any explanation. I called one of the crew members and he said he could not get my gutter guards off without possibly damaging the shingles because they were glued onto the shingles, so he was sending another person who had roofing experience. No one ever showed up, so I called and spoke with ******* *****. She asked that I get my roofer to look at them, although from the photos her crew gave her she said she did not think the gutter guards were glued but instead were just stuck to the first course of shingles. The crew had taken photos (attached) showing how the guards appeared stuck to the shingles.I called Gutter Guys of Perkasie PA, who had installed the front gutters and gutter guards in 2018. They came on April 8 and inspected and took photos (also attached). the photos taken from a camera on a pole showed the ceramic screws used to install the gutters were missing and the guards were pushed down in an attemtp to unseat them. the Brothers Gutters crew had removed hardware and not replced it. In addidion they did not disclose this to their supervisors. The photos given to their supervisors did not show everything. They were able to remove the gutter guards with no issues and they replaced the missing harddware.I called ***** ***** back and asked to cancel both orders for the font and the back. Under the circumstances, I lost confidence in Brothers Gutters.***** stated I many not get the full refund, and I do understand the terms of their agreement. When ***** processed the refund she sent me the email I have attached with the partial refund amounts. She said some of theparts were special orders so they cannot refund me the full amount. I asked for more consideration, since I had given them the payment in full for the front and they added $50 more to the refund. I don't think this partial refund is fair.

      Called company to install leaf guards over my existing gutters. ( They had previously installed). My Initial contact with company was 7/17. Sales person came to my property to give me an estimate. I agreed and gave sales person a 500.00$ down payment. ******* dollars was to be paid for completion of job. After several days of scheduling issues, job was completed. I promptly paid remaining balance. This past weekend 8/18/24 there were rain storms in the ************* ( *********) rain gutters seemed to fail particularly at the back of my home near the *******. Sheets of water came down bathroom window and back door. This type of thing had/has never happened prior to new installation. My conclusion is that pitch of gutters is incorrect. Rainwater is not flowing where it should, due to incorrect pitch/level of gutter. I was assured by company that this issue would be resolved. It was not. Ive called company several times prior to lodging this complaint. No response or call back. ( I have photos of rain water coming out of gutter, not down spout

      Brothers Gutters worker did not follow the written contract. I told workers that they needed to provide what contract said, they refused, yelled and then left. Gutters have leaks, pop outlets missing. no sealant on miter joints. The worst part is workers left my home with a gutter installed with no outlets at either end, we had rain the next day. I got no response from brothers Gutters or their salesman. I called, sent multiple texts, no response.I had to beg a contractor to come out on a holiday weekend to fix this gutter so my house would get damage. Had to pay this contractor a lot of money to repair. Repairs were done in the rain.if you look at the pictures, gutter has no outlet on either end, which would have left damage to house.
