    I purchased a toaster from fresh grocer at the **************. I called corporate today the fresh grocer the girl was rude. The maker of the toaster EVE at ************** at www.************* didnt assist me. The toaster ***** everything, I purchased it at fresh grocer. Contact me asap

    Sept. 01,2023 two packages of ground beef were purchased at Fresh Grocer 1501 N. broad ST. Phila.Pa. The meat was taken home and placed in the refridgerator. The next day after removing the meat it had spoiled. Obviously Fresh meat had been used and placed over the spoiled meat to cover the rotten meat. FRESH GROCER 1501 BROAD ST PHILA.PA. AMT: 10.00

    Is the job of the cashier, to just ring up the order and stand there and watch the customer bag or does the cashier bag or at least help bag the order. There are many senior citizens who are unable to bag and should not have to ask the cashier to bag. I am a retiree who once worked as a cashier at Shop-rite and our job was to ring and bag the order not have to asked the cashier to bag. Recently I went to fresh grocer and while ringing my order, the cashier continue to push the groceries back and while I tried to keep up with her and bag, not until I asked her "Do also Bag"? she then gave this blank look and said "Do you want me to help". When do you HAVE to ask cashier to bag?

    Dear **** *** *******, 
    While I am totally amazed ** **** did NOT mention anything about being illegally towed and damage at the time he picked up his car I am going to need some additional information in order to retrieve the security video footage that recorded the lot on March 17, 2023. 
    Where did ** **** get towed from? 
    What business did he shop at? 
    What kind of car was towed? 
    What time did he park there on Friday March 17 and when did he pick up his car? 
    How long was his car parked on the lot? 
    Does he have a receipt from the store he shopped at in the lot? 
    Did he leave the lot and cross the street during the time his car was parked there? 
    Did he contact the Police and have a police report? 
    Did ** **** claim his car on the same day it was towed? 
    Where on his vehicle is the damage? 
    As soon as you provide me this information I will look into this matter promptly.

    Listed price is 69.99 this fresh grocer tried to increase the price to 99.99. Gave me a hard time in the store totally embarrassed for a mistake they made. I should be able to buy the grill at the price the store has listed it’s not my fault if it’s supposed to be a different price.
