I was SCAMMED BY JD furniture I paid 1750 dollars for a sectional one Mexican guy delivered &set it up (took forever) )I will be calling Ice on the whole operation) the sectional was to big for my living room so I told ***** i did not want it and it doesnt look right, so he told me that they will come back first thing the next day and wrap it and take it back, I was told I would be refunded or a credit would be applied to something smaller of my liking! He never came back even stopped answering my calls and just kept my money and ran off! I gave him multiple opportunities to fix the situation I even went pass the ware house to talk, they watched me on camera but never came outside! Im going to sue him in court with high hopes to get him deported. PLEASE people dont spend your money with ***** ********* he is a big time SCAMMER he will tell u anything to get a sale and get your money! His store front was shut down because he wasnt running business properly or paying his rent!! His WIFE is a scammer too she runs her own page I emailed her and she is IN on the scams with ***** Be Very cautious with this junky business!!!!Initial Complaint

I purchase furniture from this store it havent bn 6 months my furniture is falling apart it feels like me and my kids are sitting on boards the cushion is separating from the furniture u can feel the wood coming from under and out on sides , these stores from overseas come here open up these furniture stores make enough money from us than when you make a complaint there gone after they make enough money from us I called no answer I write them on line he said there not open that week but I went to the store there gone Store is empty , I hve 5 kids I dont have money to loose and to buy new furniture and they tell you the money have to be paid to there store from ***** .Initial Complaint

I purchased some Funiture paid him cash I have a receipt and was told for a week straight I would get my Funiture he never delivered my funiture he just lie and ghost me for a week straight he dont open the store or nothing I try to call no show I just moved in my house and I have nothing to sleep on because of him not giving me my Funiture or a refund .Customer Answer

For the last three days I have been in touch with owner via instagram and SMS message. First point of contact 06/27 - in store with a female associate and her daughter at 1:15 PM. The interaction between me and the sales associate was about a LED mirror from a instagram post stating 299$ . She informed me to message the owner via instagram.Moreover messaging on instagram was touch and go with slow responses so I took the initiative and contacted him by telephone for purchase . In this case, he didnt pick up but in face message stating h*** have the mirror available pickup Saturday morning opening. Therefore I informed him my schedule and today came 06/29 employee **** states the owner just picked up the mirror and can have it delivered free of charge by 1pm EST. Too add on, its now 3 pm I then contact the owner and he states hes several minutes away . It comes 6 pm and still not delivery so I then contact him again and he states my drivers didnt come yet? And says itll be delivered tonight . Lastly, I messaged/called asking for a refund and it whereabouts on the mirror I purchased and have no response. I ********************* went into JD Furniture in September of 2022 I put down $2,000 for furniture which included a bed frame for my daughter. A bed frame and two side tables for my room and a Couch and table for my livingroom. I intended to come back and pay the rest of the money, but then decided to go forward with a finance situation for the rest of the money which came up to ruffly $3,000. I let the ************* know I would like the furniture before a certain day which was the end of October and he agreed. On October 27th the delivery people showed up to my house at 10:30pm with just my bedroom stuff and the table for the livingroom. I start calling the owner ***** and he starts telling me hes gonna fix the situation, and he would bring the rest of the stuff the next day by 6pm. The next day come and the delivery people didnt come to my home until 11:30pm. I had to call out of work. This time they have the Couch and suppose to have my daughters bed frame but came with the wrong bed frame. Days go by of me trying to contact ***** about my daughters bed frame and he kept ignoring me. Finally I had one of my friends contact him. He then agreed to send someone out to bring it. The guys showed up to my home once again at 11:00pm. Nobody speaks English every time Im asking them questions. Once again they bought the wrong pieces and it doesnt fit into the bed. The guys walked out of my home as I attempted to ask them about the bed. I attempted to contact the store owner ***** again and he ignored me. I called the store and spoke to the ************* and explained the situation to him and he told me he can not and will not help me. I even called and texted the store owner ***** and he refuses to help me as well. Now Im stuck with a bill and a defective bed. They also left all the boxes the furniture was in all 3 of the times they came to my home.Business Response

Everything that the client bought was delivered in very good condition. The only thing that I agree with was that we went to her house late to make the delivery, but the client agreed. The last time the delivery guy went to her house, he left the bed very well and it was in perfect condition. No one from JD Furniture has disrespected the client, we were always answering her call, but nevertheless the client always called without respect and with a negative attitude. The real reason why the client is upset is because she took a finance, which gave her three months to pay without interest. Unfortunately, she could not pay it before three months and now the finance is charging her double. That has nothing to do with us anymore. That is between the financing company and the client. We leave everything she bought in very good condition. Finally we do not take the garbage box. We leave it in a corner and the client is in charge of throwing away the garbage. Unfortunately we don't have a place to put the garbage. I also think that 95% of other stores don't take the trash either.

I am rejecting this response because:
I contacted the store way before I stop paying the finance company. I stopped paying the finance company cause everyone refused to help me with the situation. If they would have resolved the situation I wouldn’t have stopped paying. This is not about me not be able to pay cause I can pay this is about paying for merchandise that is defective. They are lying I have messages to prove that they wasn’t answering me before I got the furniture and during the time I started contacting them about the furniture being defective. All I ever wanted was them to come and fix what they didn’t do properly if it can even be fixed. They bought the wrong bed frame on the second day that they came back to my house. When they came back a week later with the proper bed frame. It was late at night and I looked at the bed and it seemed fine. It wasn’t until my daughter went to look at her bed that it was discovered that the bed didn’t have the right parts. This is definitely not about me not being able to pay, cause I was paying. This is about defective merchandise. They got their money from the finance company so they wanna use that as a thing to say I can’t pay. They are a bad company they lack good customer serviceRegards,

I went into jd furniture to look for a couch set. I decided on a dark grey sectional they was advertising for 1600. I went to the atm came back with money and they said I had to pay 200 for delivery they told me the date the couch would be delivered. The guy said they do not have insurance right now so I told him to write on receipt within 5 to 7 days the couch can be return or replaced. I waited for the couch it came a totally different color then advertised. I sent it back after talking to workers. Then went into store a picked another couch set 2 piece and I told the guy I want the set in gray and silver. He said ok but I would gave to pay extra money. So we agreed when the couch came. I waited for the couch again they came with a totally different couch again it was blue and gold they said it is grey and gold. I called again and they said something in another language. I kept it because I was tired of waiting and I had work after waiting for the guy to get the missing leg etc. I texted about the couch having fabric issues because it had a little rip on the sofa and fabric sign on the back of it and seat part that would not change. I was told the owner would get with me I waited and then decided to visit the store that when I was told about the insurance information will be sent to me and they will come and fix the couch issue. I waited nothing I went to the store atleast 4 times and got excuses and words to make the time pass. The last time I went it was lady and the owner there and I explained to her my issues and she try to say the color was grey and she also said the advertising was wrong and the owner was not going to fix my issue now because I paid the advertise price and the color grey but I ordered a grey and silver couch was my point the first was wrong and the second delivery was wrong they advertising item and color but keep giving me the wrong stuff I also said the insurance people and information was not give and 2 weeks pass. They are refusing to pick up a bedroom set that is to big to go upstairs. When they saw it didn’t fit they just left at my home. Hello!
First of all, the client was never at home when the delivery was made. He left his house unlocked and everything was done over the phone. We are not used to delivering in this way but given the situation that the client works every day and could not be there, we did the delivery. The delivery was done perfectly, the only thing that the bed did not fit because the ceiling was too low for that bed. We communicated with the client and told him that this is not our responsibility. We explained to him that we knew a professional person who could cut and assemble the back of the bed but that person charged something extra and he had to call him to make an appointment with him. That person charges $150 to $200. The client agreed to call this person but never did because he worked seven days a week and to do that there had to be people at home. The client never called and never communicated again. The client has everything he bought in his house and honestly we are not responsible for the fact that the back of the bed cannot go up to the room. We looked for the solution and the client did not communicate again.
