    This company falsely advertises on every social media platform. They advertise and promote stock they do not have. When you have not received your order in a month they tell you that you misunderstood because it was advertised as a pre-order. The items are beautiful and reported as high quality but I cant speak to that as Ive never received my order. They are extremely expensive luxury items ($150 for a pair of COTTON pajamas). At this price consumers need to aware of exactly what they are getting which is awful, deceptive service.

    Hi, this customer had ordered a set of pjs that were on pre sale. We clearly had a pre order note on our site, with a date they can ship. She was confused that we had listed this set as being back in stock, but no where did it say ready to ship, there was just a pre order date listed. I am not sure what we could have done to list this pre sale date more clearly but this review is not a fair account of what happened. We also went above and beyond by getting her order shipped overnight, even though she did not pay for overnight shipping. She will receive her order today.
