    Wodify is horrable to work with!!!Wodify deleted our busness TWICE within 2 months and it is not possible to directly get in contact with them. Its a nightmare recieving hundreds of emails with no support. The system has more bugs, glitches, and down time than every other website and app we use combined and they are still arrogant about there problems being "user error".

    The most awful software system for gym membership, payment, and software. I’ve used Wodify for several years and had nothing but headaches. I’ve just exhausted of poor performance and service. The worst costumer service. I’ve received no help in receiving my funds through their NEW pay out merchant service Stripe, whom I’ve also spoken with, in 3 weeks. Literally I cannot pay my bills for THREE WEEKS, due to both of these companies. I’m so disappointed and frankly disgusted this company would allow this to continue without any regard or consideration of compensation. I pray consequences come for companies like Wodify and Stripe.

    They will not remove my personal data and credit card information. I have to ask each past CrossFit gym I was a member with (including drop-ins) to approve erasure of my data. This is about 10 years worth of gyms that I have been at. I can't remember all the gyms and some aren't even in business anymore. It makes no sense that gyms I'm not an active member with have authority over my personal data. Wodify is outdated in their policy for keeping personal data.
