I have two software products from this company since 2009, PC Scan&Sweep and PC SpeedScan Pro. In July I started having issues with Scan&Sweep and called their customer service ****************** . The message states that they are only taking emails etc. Troubling. So I started emailing. I've attached a string of emails that I sent in July, August and September 2022. To date, I have received no response. They charged my credit card for 29.95 on September 23rd. When I log in to my account, I am not able to change any data even though it says Edit. I can't change the auto-renewal to NO. I can only change two fields, term date of credit card. So they have my data held hostage. I called my credit card company to place a BLOCK on Ascentive. You will see from my supporting document that I have tried several times to contact this company and have asked for a refund. No response.I also called another number I found ************ and the message states they are not accepting phone calls. Something is definitely going on. I would like to be refunded 29.95. I know this is not a large amount of money but the fact that you cannot reach a human being or change any data or close an account is extremely troubling. Thank you. 1. ON 10/19/21 AT 3:40PM I EMAIL **********************************. I TOLD THEM I CANT DOWNLOAD THE PRODUCT THAT I HAVE PURCHASED.THEY EMAIL ME BACK STATING THAT THEY WILL REPLY WITHIN **********************************2. ON10/20/21 AT 8:53 PM I SENT THEM ANOTHER EMAIL. AGAIN THEY IGNORE IT. THEN I LEFT A VOICE MSG AT THEIR PHONE NUMBER ************. THE RECORDING STATED THAT NO PHONE SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE, TO USE EMAIL SUPPORT. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ANSWERS TO MY PHONE VOICE MSG I LEFT THEM. IN THAT MSG I STATED TO THEM SINCE THEY DONT CONTACT ME I WANT TO CANCEL MY A CCOUNT WITH THEM AND RECIEVED A REFUND. THEY DONT WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT OR EVEN GET IN TOUCH WITH ME. PLEASE HELP ME.
