    Unauthorized Charges and ********************* Refund Refused I am filing this complaint due to multiple unauthorized charges made by EverWash to my bank account and their refusal to issue a full refund, despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly.On March 15, I visited one of EverWashs locations for a one-time car wash, for which I paid $29.42. I did not sign up for any membership, subscription, or recurring service. I was never informedverbally or in writingthat my card would be used for anything beyond that one-time transaction.Without my knowledge or consent, EverWash proceeded to charge my account $58.85 per month for the next three months, totaling $176.55 in unauthorized charges. I never created an account with ********************, and I have not used their services since the day of that initial visit.When I contacted EverWash by email, I explained the situation clearly and requested a full refund of the unauthorized charges. They only offered to refund one month, refusing to take accountability for the remaining two. I then called customer service to escalate the matter and was refused access to any manager or supervisor, and again told they would not issue a full refund.This kind of business practice is deceptive and unethical. Customers should not be enrolled in recurring billing without explicit consent. Its clear from my experience that EverWash does not take unauthorized billing seriously and does not prioritize customer service or accountability.I am leaving this review to warn others. I dont want anyone else to go through this experience. I strongly urge potential customers to exercise caution when using this company.

    Hi *******,I apologize for the poor experience. I will contact the car wash to inform them of your concerns, as their employee signed you up for our service. At the time the transaction took place, they should have had you agree to our terms of service on their point-of-sale system. Our TOS states that we will bill your credit card on file each month until you cancel the subscription, similar to how ******* works. I see that you've disputed the charges on your account, which unfortunately means I'm unable to directly refund you at this time. We need to wait for the disputes to clear.

    This is a scam. They charged me 30 for the membership. The app didnt work when I went to get the car wash so I had to pay out of pocket for the car wash even though I had a membership. The car wash was terrible, soap and streaks all over the car. The dryer stopped working before the time was up. I called to get a refund and cancel my membership. They told me they dont do refunds. So basically they stole my money. Never sign up with this car wash program. Its a scam.

    I communicated with Everwash through email regarding them freezing my subscription. I purchased a monthly subscription for $25 on June 1st 2025 and I used it that day. I decided to use it again following weekend, June 7th. It's closed, no signs, no email, no updates. I checked the app and it states my account is frozen till August 2025. I emailed EverWash via email and they said I can't get a full refund because I used it on June 1st. Its meant to be unlimited, not one time purchase. On top of that if I wanted to purchase an ****** plan, I would, but I needed a **** plan. They only refunded me half of $25. I highly recommend visiting the other car wash facilities in the ** area.

    Hi Rida,Our records show you received an email from us on 6/3 stating Palmdale Speedwash would be closed for a remodel until 6/17. The reason we couldn't provide a full refund was due to the fact that you redeemed your membership benefits on 6/1 when you purchased the membership. We offered to switch you to another local wash, which you refused. As a courtesy we provided you with a 50% refund which we believe is sufficient, given the price of a single car wash.I'm sorry you're frustrated with your experience with EverWash. I can give you a month free if you decide to rejoin the program. Just let our team know!

    Complete disaster they lie about their memberships they lie when you try to cancel and they wont allow you to speak to management. They dont share any information that the cost doubles. They wont issue a refund and they are rude.

    Not trust worth with card info, wasbalerted by possible fra8d by my bank, everwash customer service had no ****** of email sent to me regarding updating a valid payment method thats been on file for over 12 months with them.

    Hi there,Some banks flag us due to the number of unwarranted chargebacks we receive from members who forget to cancel their subscriptions before they're charged. If your bank flags our transactions, there is unfortunately little to our Support team is able to do to resolve the situation. Your bank is responsible for lifting this restriction. Regarding the "valid payment" email - this is an automated email sent by our system that is not exposed to our Support team. Usually in these situations, using a different credit card is the quickest way to resolve the situation.

    Avoid EverWash at all costs! They have deceptive billing practices and need to be investigated. They advertised a 50% discount to add a vehicle to an existing subscription. They then charged my card for DOUBLE what I authorized, effectively charging me the regular price and not honoring the promotion. The customer service was very poor and would be speechless when I would ask why I was charged double. They refused to make it right on the phone line. Luckily, supervisor ****** refunded when I contacted them via e-mail. Ive used their services regularly for probably ***** months. NEVER again and do not advise anyone trust their promotions. They truly need investigated for fraudulent billing. The other comments here make it obvious that their billing purposefully double charges, over charges, and refuses to honor promotions that they advertise as being available to you. My promotion said Upgrade to Ultimate for $4.99. I clicked it and was instantly charged $17.47. No fine print. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Hi ******,I'm sorry for your frustration. As our supervisor explained during your last interaction with our Support team, the $17.47 charge was a prorated charge caused by you upgrading the plan you subscribed to. Our billing system automatically calculates this charge based on the different in price between the two plans (your original plan and the new plan) and how much time is left in your billing cycle. Regarding "double billing" our members often sign themselves up for second membership or duplicate accounts themselves when trying to sign into their accounts and don't release until they check their billing statements. This is almost always user error which we make right by extending their billing cycle to account for any overcharges.

    I was sent an email informing me that i could renew my membership for a $1 with a promotion code. I renewed the membership but was charged $30 for the month. Contacted customer service but was told i was not eligible for the promotion. The mail didn't state that. Asked for a refund but was told no. Totally deceptive.

    Signed up for monthly service. Scanned car wash and it didnt work. Called customer service and he told me to scan again. It didnt work. He told he to go back later or another day. The car wash still did but work. A week later tried their second car wash, cones in front of it. Not open! Called customer service and requested a refund and they said they could not refund my money because I used their service. Extremely rude customer service! Called emailed explaining I have not received any car washes and they refuse cancellation with refund! When two of their three car washes are unsuccessful and terrible customer service I do not recommend anyone signing up for their monthly service! Now seeing their bbb history I am not surprised!

    Hi *****! I'm sorry you had a poor experience, both with the car wash and with our member support team. We absolutely should've refunded you for your service since you never actually washed. Our team is able to see that you've scanned in at the wash, but we can't confirm that you've received the services so that's absolutely our bad. I've canceled your account and refunded you for your original purchase. I will be speaking with the agent who handled your case, as they're meant to take our members at their word in these cases.

    This company is the worst in the world when it comes listening to customers. The **** just follow ****** instructions and doesnt have the ability to listen outside those instructions. I wont be surprised if it goes out of business within a month or two!
