    I recently purchased a car from Elite Auto House and paid for an extended warranty through them. However, I just received a letter from the service contract provider stating that Elite Auto House never paid for the warranty, rendering it void. I have both the signed contract with Elite Auto House and the letter from the service contract provider as proof. I have tried to call the company but there number is no longer active.

    Dec 17 I bought a truck from there for $12,000 and the check engine light came on the same day before I got it home I was told I have a 30day warranty took it back dec3rd I took it back they said they would fix it before I got home they called and said it was ready I got back and get it 3days later before I get it home its back on and they come get get it again they kept it for 10 days. Before I sent it to them I got a diagnostic test and it had codes for a new thermostat and throttlebody issues. I go back and get it and before I get home its back on and they wont pick up the phone called them 30times

    I purchased a car for $38,795 from Elite Auto on September 4th, 2024. I found the car on ************. The negotiations and transaction took place via phone, text and email. Pre-sale correspondence was mainly with a ******* ******, and all of the post-sale correspondence was with an individual named ******. They received the funds on 9/10/2024 and the check cleared the next day. I expected the car to be shipped within a few days. I called every day and after weeks of lies and excuses, the car was finally delivered on September 27th, 2024. They sent me temporary plates on 10/5/2024. ****** said he would send the Title within a week or so. The Title never came. I called dozens of times throughout October. ****** took my calls but gave me countless excuses for the delay. Since the purchase date I also asked for a photocopy of the Title several times but never received anything. ****** and Elite Auto House, stopped taking my calls in early November, which tells me they have no intention of providing me the Title for which they are legally obligated to do. The Temporary tags they provided expired on 12/03/2024. As of the date of this complaint it has been 108 days since I purchased the car and still no Title. This Dealership has clearly violated a few Statutes under PA Title 75, as well as other Pennsylvania Consumer Protection Laws.

    Bought car in July I was going to pay cash the manager made me get a warranty that was 3000 plus dollars I put the cash down looked at my paper work then took paperwork back made me call the back while they switched my info then was told that they would fix the issues with car told me issues was fixed same issue and now they dont want to fix it at all keep stringing me along for months now

    Nothing ever got resolved things they should have fixed never got fixed even after they made me wait said they would order the parts then never called me I called them for 4-5 months straight I have the phone records to prove it my car stilll has the same issue buttons dont work on sterling wheel car can not pass inspection because still so many issues they refuse to speak when I called I had to go up 40 min ride for them to tell me I was rude to the guy at the dmv so they not fixing my issues these people are snakes and should not be able to continue they robbed me of 4k really 7k because they never gave me my warranty that I paid for they are great at lying

    Customer is stating dealership robbed him. Where it says we robbed him. He stating he could have bought cash the car. How if he doesnt have enough money. Why would we resist to sell him warranty if he could have pay for it. No dealership is ***na refuse making money. But we only do powertrain only and limited warranty for limited time. Especially on European cars. So we can always help any customer with labor and parts with discount on repair down the road but it has to reasonable from customer side and understandable. We always here to help customers but we cannot do lifetime warranty and bumper to bumper on 10 year old cars. Every customer gets 1000 mile  or 1 month warranty in powertrain only from our dealership which comes first. But we cannot help afterwards if customer refuses to buy extended warranty. Again we can help customer by asking our shop of service to do at wholesale price but customer has to pay his warranty expired

    They are lying only financed because the warranty was 3k I was told only financed the warranty my complaint was the same week I bought the car they made me wait for months then told me they had to order parts for the car and never fixed anything at all same issues with car they they claimed they resolved parts never was ordered all of a sudden I only had limited warranty and you know your lying is the bad part you fired the manager that did it for lying he scammed you and scammed me u stand 200% by it **** was the manager and yall fired him and kept making me wait to speak to someone

    Saturday 12/07/24 i purchased a vehicle. I was advised the dealership just ran out of temporary tags that morning. I was assured the vehicle would be delivered to me on Monday 12/09/2024. They will have the temporary plates by then. I agreed. I provided the salesman with my bank Check and shook hands. On Monday, 12/09/2024 I did not receive a call so I called the dealership at 12:16 that afternoon. I spoke with *******, who apologized and advised me they had several call outs and did not know what time the vehicle would be delivered. She asked if I could wait until the next day (Tuesday 12/10) and the vehicle would be delivered by 1pm. I replied with if this is the only option I would wait 1 more day. So here we are; Tuesday 12/10/2024. Once again I did not receive a call. I called the dealership at 12:25pm. I spoke with ******* who told me they still did not have the temporary tags (yesterday it was due to call outs and they had no one to bring the vehicle-now we are back to they do not have the temporary tags). Now, with the blatant lies,I definitely do not have confidence that I am dealing with a reliable, trustworthy dealership. Too many red flags at the beginning of this transaction. I requested to ****** the purchase. I paid for a product/ service and did not receive it. ******* then put the salesman on the phone (who told me there was no one higher than him that I could speak to and the owner was conveniently on vacation). He said me not receiving my purchased vehicle was not a good enough reason to cancel the transaction and refund the money. The salesman offered to deliver the vehicle without the temp tags, and let me use the dealership tags instead. And then he would have the temp tags delivered later that night. This sounds un ethical and foolish. I declined that pitiful offer. Normally I would have been more patient and waited, but the inconsistent stories lead me to believe this dealership is not trustworthy. I still have no vehicle.

    On 10/19/2024 i purchased a 2015 *** x3 from this facility. I didnt get to drive it home since it was being detailed and inspected. I was guaranteed the car was safe and good quality. I paid $1000.00 down payment and financed it with my husband ******* ********. I had to come back to get the car Monday night 10/21/24 after they stated they would deliver the car Saturday then was postponed to Monday. I got the car and then drove it home tired from the 2 hour drive back and forth to ******. Tuesday morning I ask the dealer for the inspection stickers and papers and they inform me that it was not inspected and I could get it done and they would reimburse me. I went to a local mechanic and it failed inspection. It had $10,000 in repairs needed as well. I contacted the dealer and they said to return the car, we could cancel the loan and they would return my $1000.00 down payment. The dealer couldnt refund it electronically and then attempted to issue a check. The check we took to **************** the bank they wrote it from, said this was a bad check and it bounced. We already had returned the car and the loan was cancelled. Keeping the down payment is theft at this point. We called the police and they called the dealer and the dealer said they would be refunding me and the check should clear. Again the check bounced in front of the police and a report was filed. I am now disputing the charge with my bank but now have no car and no money for a downpayment to buy a new car. The dealership had no customer service and even told me to just call the police because they didnt care and didnt want to deal with it. Ive returned the car. The loan is cancelled and I just want my money since this is now theft.

    On August 10th, I Purchased a 2012 **** A8, on the 13th of August the entire motor blew. To this day I have yet to receive a call of an update, no loaner vehicle given to me. I put a $2000 downpayment when the vehicle was purchased. I still now the 12th of August have yet to hear anything. I do have records of the calls to the shop as well as shop manager. My first payment is due in 7 days and I havent driven the vehicle in over a month, it is sitting outside of PA Auto Inspection on Global Road, and hasnt been touched since it was towed that day. On top of that I have a warranty contract through ******************* that is supposed to cover my motor.

This process is taking longer than expected because the warranty company wants to tear the engine down before they agree to pay. Waiting for a warranty *** to review the engine.

    Purchase of car made 8/20/2024, dealer (Elite Auto House) shipped car from dealer location to customer location. Dealer not responsible for processing registration or any DMV paperwork, customer assumed responsibility, needing only the title. Dealer lied that the title would be sent the same day as the sale, then claimed their policy is to wait two days to send it, promised it would be shipped urgently, tracking number provided but 3 days later, ***** not in possession of item and no response from seller. Calls for updates are met with belligerence and delaying tactics. Tracking number from ***** attached, portion of purchase agreement attached, proof of wire transfer attached, screenshot of one email with dealer "owner" regarding title shipping policy attached. Customer wants the title ASAP.

    I ************************* , purchased a 2016 Range Rover sport for $27,159.00 I put down $2000. I purchased this car on 12/26/2023. My car wasnt delivered to until 12/29/2023 because they said they was waiting on tags. On 12/30/2023 the car was Ocee heating. I quickly called them to inform them of this matter. They had my car for serval days saying it was a hole Inside the wholes. (It was fix) in may which is 4 months later the car stop running. I took my car to them they had it ever since. They did no work and now my side mirror is missing. Due to it being on their lot. They wont help me and keep telling me lies about fixing my car.

    I purchased a suv on March 7th 2024. I was issued paperwork and temporary tags and plate. I paid 3 thousand down , financed the rest. 3 months pass and I get pulled over , *** says vehicle is not registered to anything and tags come back blank. Immediately I go to elite auto house and they say oh we dont know what happened , ********** must of messed up. Then I go back they say of we made a mistake and didnt file. 3 weeks now after contact of we will have registration ready. I cal and call and call no one answers my calls or calls back after leaving messages. I contact the bank in which I received loan through, they said they have not received any title from the dealer and have been trying to reach them , no response. I having been paying a car note and cant even drive the car because it has fraudulent pink sticker and temporary papers. I went to police to file complaint they said contact you if I dont receive any call or information from dealer in 1 week. Its been 1 and half week so I am filing fraudulent complaint. I would like my money back and to be settled with the loan of the car . They should pay the bank and take the vehicle back .
