I just purchased a Dodge Dart 2015 from them on February 28, 2023. They took my money without ever making me aware of the title being salvage. I complained and they told me it wasn't a big deal and that it would be easy to fix. They never sign the title. DMV is asking me for a NJ reassignment from dealer, UTA from dealership, Delear stamp with deliver number and prices and taxes collected. I reached out to them for the documents and they refuse to provide me with any saying they didn't have it. Now I'm stuck with a car I cant register and they took my $5000. Also they address on the title says rolls Royce of bridgton NJ but my receipt has the faith Autos PA address making things even more difficult for me. I just want my money back.

The 1 star is because I have to. This dealership is the worst and I’ve dealt with many. The vehicle had a few issues within first 3 days of purchase. I took it back they accepted responsibility for the catalytic converter said to leave it it would take 2 days. When I returned to pick it up car sounded the same and diagnostic said catalytic converter needs to be replaced. I let them know and was told they did all they could the rest was up to me. WRONG!! I asked for a breakdown of what was done when I left it because I started to believe it was never fixed. Got the run around about that. Their business number listed is disconnected so I only had the one salesman number who was rude and refused to give me the number to the supervisor. They played around with the title and the salesman had the nerve to contact my phone by txt 6 am one morning, even though I told him not to contact me back, after he saw my post and review of the company. After all that if that’s not enough I found out from the title/tag place that it was a reconstruction salvage title. I don’t do anything but clean titles and ALWAYS ask. I wouldn’t have purchased the vehicle had the salesman been honest. Their behavior is UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will continue to give bad reviews whenever I can to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I stand by what I said and won’t be intimidated EVER. They got the right one and they have the nerve to be called FAITH AUTO ??
