            I cancelled my home owner's insurance policy with McCollum Ins. on 1-26-23. However, the insurance agent (***********************) failed to cancel the policy. So, $1689.00 that was paid on Dec. 28, 2022. was never refunded Hence, this left my escrow account short which drove my mortgage payments up

            McCollum Insurance under Erie Insurance is the worst insurance I have ever had since I started driving in 2005. In 2020 the following year after my claim in 2019 I believed a scammer was calling my phone saying he was from erie insurance and he needed to ask me some questions in person, I replied and asked him what did he want to ask me and he said he could ask me over the phone so I told him he was going to get the same answers either way if he worked for Erie and I hung up because something seemed unprofessional about him. Erie never formally mailed me a letter prior explaning that I will receive a call or email. Erie insurance is a rip off and they over charge for eveything.
