    On 4/27/2021, RTA came to my home to fix my ** refrigerator. There was no water coming out of the door dispenser. I was told there would be a $100 service charge (plus $8 tax though I'm not sure why I was charged 8%) and I agreed. The tech told me that it was a broken valve and he would have to order it. I was told it would be an additional $237.55 to fix and I agreed. The tech returned on 5/3/2021 and "fixed" the valve. The water stopped dispending as soon as he left. He came back a third time on 5/7/2021 and told me that there was never anything wrong with the valve, the problem was a wire in the door and it could not be fixed-the whole door had to be replaced. He said he would credit me for the part, not the labor, and he wanted an additional $200 to fix the door. I have someone else now coming out to fix it. I asked for the $237.55 back (but not the $108.00 service fee), and I was told no, they would only give me $129.00 back for the part.

    They asked for $509.00 in advance of coming out and looking at our $3500 LG fridge. They said they knew what was wrong with it before even looking at it. Are you kidding me? The person on the phone was rude, short, and didn't want to listen to reason. This place is a joke and a ripoff.
