    On Monday, December 26, 2022 I bought four tickets for $106.56 for a 5 oclock showing that day. A friend called me to let me know that ****** shows the location to be closed. I checked, and sure enough, the navigation applications displayed as such. I tried calling the location only to be met with an automated message detailing its hours of operation and location. The automated message, like the navigation applications, told me that the location is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. It did not tell me, however, any special holiday hours or things of that nature. The message ends, and there is no option to speak to a real person. I took that as a confirmation that the store is closed and nobody was there to respond. I had to then change my plans and figure out something else, which is fine. I just want my money back. I sent an email explaining the situation above and received a prompt response saying that the store was open until 7 oclock that day and all sales are final and nonrefundable. However, in light of the confusion, the amount I had paid can be applied at checkout using the code given. There were no codes anywhere to be found. I replied saying that I dont want a gift card code and that I want my money back. I have yet to hear back from him.
