            My complaint is twofold. 1. My Airy Animal hospital sends me marketing emails multiple times a week. I tried to "Unsubscribe" again and again, to no avail. I called and asked to be manually removed and brought the problem to their attention. They assured me it was done. I continued to receive the marketing emails. Long story short, I was told weeks ago that they were aware that people could not unsubscribe from their communications. Weeks later, no resolution. Every time I get one of those emails my blood boils because,2. They are running a scam on prescriptions that they assume no one will notice, but I did. My dog had an ongoing prescription for ******* (doggie Aspirin) that he would be on for the rest of his days. BUT they insisted on only filling 7 pills at a time. When I questioned why not a months worth like every other prescription ever, they said it was just the way they did it. It turned out they have a "refill fee" that they charged 4 times a month instead of once. SCAM!
