            We purchased a car in January of this year writhing 7 months the car engine light has turned on at yleast 3 of 4 times since time of purchase. We called south Philly and were looking to exchange the car we purchased with them for something else that wasn't faulty. The engine light should not keep coming on and we have been on top of car maintainence and our miles are way below 100000. Their response to exchange of the car was to convince us that if we returned the car the way it is, it would lead to depreciation of the vehicle.

            This place is the worst, yes they get you approved if your credit is at an all time low, but on the other side theres bad business being rendered. My husband bought a car without them giving any of his info to the bank as far as phone number, paystubs, references and or tag & title. We was under the impression that they would call us to finish paperwork and send us the first bill. The check engine light was on due a chip in the 2017 impala being missing. We visited the place of purchase on several occasions to handle the affairs with the vehicle, the next thing we know the car was missing from in front of our door and there was a huge bill attached to get it back. Also we could not come back to get the car until days later due to covid. I myself bought a car from them 6 months prior and I have not been able to drive my vehicle due to the engine being locked. Please if you can help it, do not buy a car from these people because they rob you of your hard earned money and say to hell with you once they have it!!!
