      I placed my order to the Ghost Hunter Store online on Jan 14th. Two items in the order said that they ship immediately and one states that it usually ships in 7 to 10 business days as it is a custom build order. After 14 business days passed without having my order I messaged the seller. They said that they would contact the company building this item and would be back in touch with me.. However, they failed to update me. I messaged them again and again they told me something completely different then what the item listing says. They also offered to send the partial order which should have been sent when I messaged them the first time. My account on their website still says that the order has been "confirmed" and that the items are "awaiting shipment". In my last message to the seller I told them that I would only be waiting until Feb 24th for this custom build and that I would be filing a dispute with my bank if I don't get it by then. Now they are saying that the custom build takes "3 weeks" which is not on the listing (it's been longer then that), that they also work full time, do ghost hunts on the weekends, they are behind due to Christmas which was two months ago, and have an influx of orders. Ideally, I would like to actually receive my full order. However, if they can't fulfill their obligation I would accept partial shipment and partial refund or full refund. They have until Feb 24th to complete my order which will be a month and a half since I placed it which I feel is generous. If I haven't received my full order by then I will be filing a dispute with my bank. For their reference my order number is *****. It's also been extremely difficult to contact this company. I have tried calling, emailing, fb messages, and posting on their wall. Nobody contacted me back until I posted on their wall and it was by fb messages. Then they complained that I posted that I haven't received my order on their wall. That comment has since been deleted.

      The order shipped, in two parts as per the customers request.  We do that often and the website says to let us know if you want some items right away and not wait for the customer items that take longer to build and are built to order.   That info is on our  website.  Once we were told by the customer to split the order, 2/3 of it shipped within 24 hours of the request.   The other item shipped within the posted typical time frame average that is listed under the items description which in this case was also shipped within 24 hours of the customers messages.   All our custom products have their own ************ time listed so the customer can avoid any confusion.   It's listed as usually shipping up to 3 weeks, this is the average shipping time.   This item shipped a few days beyond that which is still within the posted expected average.  Everything is explained on the website as clear as we can make it.   All parts of the order were delivered by Feb 16th.

      I purchased a camera that was no good around Christmas. Took time to get here which I figured. When I got it the picture was not what it claimed to be . I have cameras that are cheaper bought from ****** that work better. This does happen and I still enjoy other products from here. Problem is I sent back the camera and all items that go to it to get my refund. I sent this back over 2 months ago and I have not heard anything in over a month. I paid over 30$ to have these items sent back. Not only am I out the 300$ for camera cost but I’m out the 30$ it cost to send back and not only do i not have the camera anymore I don’t have my money back either. Reminds me of paranology store. I’m sure we can do better then that.

      When the customer sent back the item, they did not include all the items that were originally in the box, so we asked the send that too.  Once it was received by our supplier and the refund was issued, we then issued her the refund.  This matter was already concluded, and the refund issued a while ago, so we do not understand the complaint.   It was only delayed because the original return not complete and we had to wait for the other pieces left out of the return were sent.

      I purchased an equipment case. When I received it, it was too small for my needs. I contacted The GhostHunterStore. They told me I could return it and put the money toward a larger case. I returned the case according to their instruction. They did not give me store credit toward a larger case. I have tried to contact them multiple times. My calls and texts are being ignored. I would like a refund or store credit for my return.

      for BBB:   I see that the store info is still being directed to an address in **********.   We move from there 6 years ago.  We have notified BBB 2 times and the listing has not changed.

      We asked you for the shipping info and tracking because we did not get a case with your address or info on it.   We have not gotten any of those texts since our post on 1/27.  None of your responses in your pdf file were received by us.  We answer texts 365 days a year and round the clock.   I am writing this at 2:45 AM so if we don't answer, we didn't get it.  We use Magic **** for our phone and there was a glitch somewhere, but we would NEVER ignore your texts or any customers texts.  We did lose other posts as well.  Our offer the swap out cases for the larger one is still, and option and we will give you a discounted price plus what you have already paid.   If you have already found a solution for the case, then we'd be happy to issue a refund.   We apologize for all this confusion, and we are not in the business of ignoring customers.  We've been helping people for 23 years and we understand communication if the top priority.
