This Storage Company has been charging me Illegally for months! I talked to them and explained to them that I was off of work back in October of 2024. Their policy clearly states that every Storages will immediately be up for Auction after 72 days of Non-payment! They have been harassing me with phone calls and emails for months since I spoke to them twice in October and once in November of 2024. And I spoke to them again in February and March of 2025 about this same Situation! I would like these charges removed for false fraudulent charges. This account is completely past 72 days overdue. Also the cashier are stealing money from the customer accounts! I said something about my payment missing to the girl ****** back in August. And she said she made a minute. And then a cash payment was added to my account. When I didn't walk in to make a cash payment. I made my payment this month by my Credit/Debit card as always! This small business is ripping their customers off on the low also!

      Dear Representative BBB:
This tenant moved into the said location listed above (not *****************), on March 23, 2024, and paid consistently until September 25, 2024.  At which the sales associates following company policy tried contacting tenant via email, and telephone calls to no avail.
Tenant then became annoyed because she was receiving calls to pay on her unit.  Unfortunately, many customers for some reason think that ********************** is a place where they can stop paying for goods and then said goods become the problem of the facility, when in fact it was the tenant who rented storage space from us.
Company policy is that if goods are in auction status the company has to go through various processes in order to adhere to Pennsylvania Lien Laws, not based on a tenant not wanting their items any longer but making sure that we are not liable when goods do not sell.
We cannot simply just toss someone items in the trash but what managers are trained on is to at least try to communicate with the tenant as to making a deal where they may can pay a partial payment and retrieve their goods in hopes that tenant can be happy and the business is not saddled with the expense of having an outside vendor remove items.
This tenant just spoke with me last week, when the building that this letter went to was delivered to my office by maintenance because this location listed is not where the tenant even stored her goods.
While the staff was trying to assist this tenant in maybe retrieving her items, this is how they are treated when trying to help the tenant. And by the way, if the tenant did not want ho er items, then why was she so willing to make an agreement with me last week to pay partially and retrieve them.
It saddens our hearts that when people try and go the extra yard to help tenants who feel that they can just dump their goods and its our responsibility dispose of their goods, we cannot remove a tenant from our system until they are sold via auction or vacated by the tenant.

I tried to pay my storage bill. I was told that my belongings had been sold at auction the day before. I got no official notice at all or when and where the auction was to be.
