      Service connection was dispatched by my home warranty company *** to install a washing machine in March 2024. It was improperly connected which resulted in destroying the sheet rock behind the washing machine by leaking and now having an entire wall filled with black mold endangering my tenants health. ******************** is taking no responsibility and I cannot get a return call from Service Connection.

      1/22/24 opened a service request with home warranty vendor and it was assigned to Service Connection. Service Connection technician comes onsite 1/24 to diagnose the issue and states that the part needed to be order that needs to be replaced for the dishwasher leak. 2/6/24, same technician from Service Connection comes back onsite, replaces two parts and tests the dishwasher, but the appliance still leaks. Technician provides a paper invoice stating the work performed, appliance continues to leak and that it cannot be repaired. He recommends that it should be replaced. Later on 2/6 I get a call from warranty company stating Service Connection's recommendation is for a second recommendation as they "don't have the expertise to diagnose the issue". **************** assigns a second vendor, but appointment is not until 2/26/24. I contact warranty company about the paper invoice provided to me but state Service Connection needs to update their recommendation. Home warranty company calls Service Connection two different days with no answer, left voicemails with no reply, sent emails with no reply. I have also called multiple times and no reply.

      Dates 08/16/2023 - 10/23/2023 this company was assigned to me from ******** **** ****** to repair a washing machine the wasn't spinning. They first lied to ******** **** ****** and said my wife cancelled the dispatch even though they only talked to me. After about a month someone came out and took the machine apart and got the machine to spin but now it didn't wash. for days, weeks and months I reached out to ******** **** ****** about these contractors. Eventually the contractor who originally took the machine apart (**** ************) came back out and experimented on my machine again. I asked him to wait for me to check and see if the machine was working properly and he refused and ran out of my property like his pants were on fire. I ran the machine and, as suspected, the machine was not working properly. I immediately contacted ******** **** ****** to complain and they sent another contractor out who told me he could not work on my machine because the former contractor had "jerry rigged" the wiring and now the machine is a fire hazard. Service Connection has not answered my calls or responded to my voice mail since then. Also, ******** **** ****** is claiming that, since the damage is no longer due to normal wear and tear that they are no longer liable to live up to their own contract agreement.
