              I placed an order with Jomar online on March 25, 2022. I never received the order. Their site says they have 28 days to send it out. I requested for them to cancel it many times and requested a refund and they have literally never replied to me. I have sent messages on *********, *********, e-mail, and through their website chat feature multiple times and they do not reply. Of course, they do not have a phone number to call either. What is even more frustrating is you can only chat them at certain times, but even when you try to chat them then, they never reply! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever bought from. I only get automated messages saying they will get back to me. I have attached a screenshot of my order and it shows you that I have reached out to request cancellation due to never receiving it. My payment method has changed and I would need the refund to go on a different card or a check to be mailed to me. I let them know this in my many e-mails that I have sent and provided them with my phone number and mailing address. Order # ***** $73.07

              Jomar repeatedly sends clothing boxes to its customers w items that look as if they came from the landfill. Stained. Ripped. Unsalable trash. They also short customers w no recourse for restitution. They’re promoting their resale boxes as being resalable when in fact their products are SALVAGE quality. Trash. Don’t buy from them.
