    I purchased Jamaican castor oil on July 1st 2024. The money was taken from my account however I never received any other correspondence. I've tried calling as they are only open Wednesday-Saturday. I've left messages and nothing. I would either like the product or my money. Please

    25 Nov 2023 placed my order. Got an email on the 8th of Dec 2023 that my order was shipped. My order took longer than usual to receive. I called leaving a message in reference to my order and to call me back. They never did call me back. I wanted to change the shipping address because I was out of town. They agreed to re-ship my order as of the 25th of Jan 2024 and I don't have a tracking num or my package.

    On Sunday, August 6th, I used my credit card to purchase the ***** *** Mini Flat iron in the amount of $70.50 from Deeper Than Hair. On Monday, August 7th, I received an e-mail stating that my order was received as well as given Order#*****. Since I hadn't heard anything else regarding this order, I decided to send e-mails to asking when I should expect to receive the order. No response. I also tried to contact them on the Deeper Than Hair website regarding inquiries; no response. I also called the Salon three times and left a message; no response. I called he Salon in this morning; nobody answers the phone. I have attached copies of e-mails showing that I have attempted to contact them.

    Update as of Friday, August 18th.   I finally received my order from Deeper Than Hair on Friday, August 18th.   Thanks for the BBB assistance in this matter.

    I purchased an item from this company that was chipped. It also was not properly packaged and in a beat up box. I am needing help returning the item and receiving a refund for return of item. There is not supposed to be a chip. It also looks like it is not great quality and was not bubble wrapped. There is just brown paper that is not even proper packing paper.

    This package was delivered back to deeperthanhair on July 26th and refund still has not been issued

    Additional pictures of damaged item are on existing paypal claim.

    $114.50 was supposed to have been returned. There has been no response from this business.

    On December 4, 2022, I received a text from Kee the owner of Deeper Than Hair that I won a prize. I was instructed to go to "********" to submit my contact information. I was instructed to click the link that directed me to *********************************, Once I was with *********************************, she instructed me to send via "*****" $109.00 for expedited shipping and $125.00 for Insurance: total of $234.00. I was hesitant at first, but I did it anyway. i trusted Kee because I was a subscriber for many months on @Deeperthanhairtv on ******** I trusted Kee. I was instructed to send the $109.00 to ***********************, ************************* and the $125.00 to ***************************, ********************* I instructed to send a screenshot confirmation of the transactions. On December 5, 2022, I received another text from ********************************* stating I won an awesome super prize but I had to send another $195.00 to release it. I told ******************** was not going to send any more money. ********* told me it was 24 inch ****. I lost it and told her I will not pay any more money and to return my $234.00. ********* told me I would not receive my money the package had shipped. I check to see if *** had the package with the tracking number she gave me. Tracking number: ******************. i checked the status of the package and *** had not received it. I sent an image to show the package had not shipped. ********* said "no I will not get a refund." The reason been a person did the same thing and did not return the package. I told her I was offended that she called me dishonest. I would send back the package if I received and expect a refund. I sent another text to *** and ********* on the morning of December 6 letting them know I was reporting the incident to the **** BBB, Zelle, and my bank. I went back to check to see if they responded only to find both of them deleted all the messages from December 4,5,6. Lastly, I should have known this was a scam, that you never pay to receive something that is free.
